Must stop if you’re in the area!! Best pasta I’ve had in a longggg time.
Stayed nearby for one night on a road trip and wanted to try something new for dinner. Such a great experience, she was so friendly and let us try before we decided. Loved to hear her passion behind the food and loved the food even more!! New dishes each month so try it all and get your favorite. Will for sure stop here anytime we are in town.
Also not pictured is the tiramisu, it was too yummy to even think about my phone.

We needed a quick bite after a day of riding at Syncline, and boy, are we glad Pesco was around. The chef’s pistachio pesto pasta, beef ragu, and focaccia left us speechless. Perfect balanced flavor and texture with every dish. No notes. Scarfed it so fast that I forgot to snap a photo. I did get one of the VERY generous local dog treat that the chef spoiled our pup with. She even snuck in a little appetizer for him with our meal. We will most definitely be back when we are in the area looking for incredibly delicious food from a dog-friendly cart!

Ottimo!!!!!!!! Just took home two pastas, focaccia and tiramisu (and a treat for Toast the pup!) to enjoy in a nearby town and…turn the car around we want seconds . Absolutely delicious fresh an it’s evident there’s a huge amount of pride and love that goes in to this food cart! Thank you Elizabeth!! You’ll see us again…for dinner

I found Pesco on Google Maps from all the lovely 4.5+ star reviews and stopped by her food truck during a quick trip to Hood River. During the many trips I’ve taken to Hood River I’ve never been here but will now add this to my list of stops every time! Amazing homemade Italian food on a rotating basis as she features different regions (I got her gnocchi this time!), fast service, a lovely conversation while I waited – and amazing price for a bowl of homemade/handmade pasta at $18. I could not recommend it enough. Don’t pass this place up!

Hands down my favorite spot in Hood River. This Italian food truck is run by one woman who cooks everything herself, and it’s some of the freshest, most delicious food I’ve ever had. You can taste the care in every bite. It honestly feels like a home-cooked meal made just for you. A true gem.

This is truly a gem. My wife and I are taking a road trip through Oregon, and we came across Pesco initially from Yelp. The food is absolutely wonderful, and this is one of those successful projects created by someone who is truly passionate about bringing delicious food to customers.
If you come visiting the Gorge, don’t miss out trying these wonderful Italian dishes prepared in such a unique setting.

First time and we will be back! Hands down the best Italian food we have had in a very long time. Was so surprised, had one of almost everything and my family loved it!
Another reason to drive an hour+ to Hood River.

We were driving through the area and just stopped to grab a bite to eat and were lucky enough to stumble across this food cart! The wonderful owner let us know that the menu rotates through different regions. The menu we got to try was Sicily, and it was delicious! I got the Pasta con Pesto di Pistacchio, and my partner got the Pasta Alla Norma (which he loved) as well as the focaccia (which was nice and thick)! I highly recommend stopping by for a bite to eat, and if you can, drive the 6 minutes to The Spit Park for beautiful views!

This was some of the best pasta I have ever eaten (and I have had a lot). It is truly a gem. Reasonably priced, large portions, and Ms Pesco was lovely — explaining everything to my wife and me. I couldn’t believe all the great reviews … but they are completely justified. Don’t pass this place by.

Wow! The food here is amazing and some of the best Italian food I’ve had. We were visiting Hood River for a conference and came across this truck as we looked for a spot for dinner. It seems the menu rotates through different regions of Italy. We experienced Campania. We ordered the meatball appetizer, Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca and Gnocchi alla Sorrentina. All of the food was amazing. Definitely stopping here if we are ever back in Hood River. I’m willing to drive back the 1.5 hours to eat here again. The chef (I’m assuming owner) is very nice and eager for us to share how we liked their food… so to you, I say Delizioso!!
