Reviews
We ordered fish and chips, margherita pizza, fried calamari, panna cotta, and cocktails.
The food is ok, nothing to rave about. That being said, it’s pricey given the average taste of the food. You can get better tasting pizza and fresher seafoods in other nearby restaurants. Service and ambiance is great.
We had the zucchini pizza and the beets salad, both were tasty and good quality.
The restaurant decor is cute. Music type was good as well as the volume.
We will definitely come back if we are in the area.
Mushroom omelette was perfectly cooked, Irish coffee was so delicious I came back the next day to have just that.
Service was outstanding, asked for Ricardo, he’s a great server.
Will recommend.
There is plenty of seating, the atmosphere is good for a dinner date, and there are tables big enough for families/groups. There’s a second entrance/exit directly to the hotel that it’s attached to. If you need to use a restroom, you’ll go through that door to use the hotel restrooms.
I had the pappardelle bolognese, which was cooked perfectly and arrived steaming hot, about ten minutes after I ordered. I thought that it had a bit too much sauce, but was otherwise fantastic. The table menu didn’t have deserts listed, but I remembered the menu outside had chocolate torte, so I asked if it was available, and it was. It did take a while to get someone’s attention though. The cake was really beautifully plated and tasted wonderful. The filling was the perfect consistency and the fruits and toppings made the cake even better.
I don’t remember the exact total, but I think it was around $45. I think this place has pretty good food, but it could use some fine tuning and the servers could be more attentive.
Our son got a custom big pizza with cheese, and loved the crust, it was a little burnt in a good way, and it only had a little sauce in a good way, but there were pockets of too much sauce near the edges. So there you go, a 4 out of 5 from an 8 year old. Pretty good.
