Pescado overlooks the Gulf of Mexico from a fourth floor rooftop in Rosemary Beach. We provide extraordinary service and cuisine. The restaurant is open daily and is located to the west of Rosemary Beach Town Hall above Southside Slice in the Orleans building. Pescado was designed by Smith Hanes of Atlanta, who incorporated subtle coastal colors, clean lines and soft lighting to create a space that invites and complements the elements and scenery of the Emerald Coast.

Delicious food, amazing view and excellent service! What else could you ask of a restaurant? Eric was very attentive, food came out quickly, and the drinks were top notch. We came at 4:30 and just beat the rush. Be aware that the upstairs has limited seating so you will want to plan accordingly if you want to catch sunset!

SUPER expensive. Eight of us for dinner and it was $1200 with tip. I made reservations, and we were tucked behind the bar and could not even see the sunset. The brussels sprouts were amazing and the snapper was amazing. I would not get the cheeseboard again. And the waiter said “he was just too busy“ to split up our checks by couples. I was a server for four years and I just don’t understand this at all. We had to just split the bill down the middle four ways and some people ended up overpaying because of this. I enjoy the night, but would not go back for this cost. We ordered the cheese board and tuna rolls for appetizers. I would not get the tuna rolls again but I would get the cheese board. Strawberry dessert was good. “Bring the Pain” was the drink. It tasted like Christmas.

We absolutely loved our time at Pescado! The views were breathtaking! I surprised my husband with this dinner, he just got back home from deployment. Our server was incredible and made our experience that much more stunning. The only reason I knocked a few stars off from the food, is I stated in our reservation that I had allergies to mushrooms, cashews , & pistachio. Unfortunately, we weren’t made aware that there were mushrooms in the Chef’s Feast until it had gotten to the table. I was already being served the fish without being aware that there were mushrooms in it. They did catch it after the fact, but at this point, and being the price of the dish, we didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but I did stop eating off of the plate. This was a bit concerning and hopefully it gets caught going forward. We did have an amazing time and we appreciate the time we had there.

We went up the elevator and it was like we were brought to a whole other dimension. The view was breathtaking. We ordered the Bougie Burger and Creme Brulee and both were exceptional! Staff and service did not disappoint.

Starting with the best, the view is incredible at sunset. The bar downstairs had a piano player and singer, nice vibe. The bartenders were smart and worked as a team. When we went upstairs the staff was attentive and accommodating, the food however; a huge disappointment! The grilled octopus was excellent, but that’s where it ended. The triple tail fish, a nice flaky mild white fish had a strong taste of cooking oil and that’s it. There was so much flavor the chef could have added, he also dropped the ball with the side sauce, it lacked flavor and was just blah. Roasted potato had little seasoning and the way to skinny asparagus also were drown in oil. Sorry, I can only recommend you go for drinks and enjoy the view.

I can’t say enough great things about Pescado. It was my best friend’s bachelorette weekend and Pescado went above and beyond to make our experience there simply magical. I made the reservation months in advance and requested outdoor seating, but when we arrived I was floored- we received the best table in the house front and center of the ocean view.

Highly recommend this place. The food was amazing and fresh. We had a slight issue when it came out however our server, Cole, and the GM Holly made it more than right. We were extremely impressed with the service, personalization and professionalism. When you come here, you have to try Cole huckleberry/strawberry martini, the whole lobster dish and scallops. These were to die for!!! Not to mention the roof top view over the gulf was breathtakingly beautiful!
