I rarely give one star reviews but I honestly can’t believe that this place is not rated any worse. We came after a long day of hiking so we were pretty dang hungry. The first impression of this little cafe was already not so great… there was no one at the register and everything looked a little run down, one of the tables were not even cleaned. But no problem, we still had hope for the food at this point. We ordered the steak and fries (over $20), the Reina pepiada ($10) and the cheese ball ($9). The steak was very very very thin and the fries were frozen fries that were not even hot. The Reina pepiada was taco size and it only came with one (for $10??? Come on!), and the chicken was overly salty. There was no service at all, we were given tiny little white plastic cups for water. For $50 we left still hungry and very pissed off. Would have had a better meal at McDonald’s.

I’ve entered in this place and the lady has been extremely nice with me, in fact we’ve spent a lot of time talking together. I ordered the arroz con pollo (rice with chicken) and it was simply…. delicious!!!

Not your usual restaurant.
Home made delicious Peruvian and Venezuelan food. Almost all dishes are gluten-free including the empenadas.
It is run by an amazing lady and her husband. Expect the warm welcome of Peru not the usual American service.
We left full and extremely happy.

Amazing!! We stopped by late in the evening and they were very accommodating. The owner of the restaurant is so sweet and kind, a pleasure to speak to if you know even just a little Spanish. The food was absolutely delicious and felt like eating a warm home cooked meal. We drove out from Los Angeles and few days ago and this is one of the best meals we’ve had on our drive. Highly recommend!

The food here was really great! They were also accommodating of my vegetarian diet, and created a vegetarian Causa upon request. It was delicious! Lomito Saltado was loved by my family. The ceviche was amazing. And my personal favorite was the fried yuca. We will definitely be back! Service was very friendly, and quick!

This place was honestly amazing. The arroz con pollo was super flavorful and comforting, the lomito saltado was juicy, savory, and just straight-up addictive, and the arepas and empanadas were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh and made with care.
On top of that, the woman working there was so kind and welcoming — she made us feel right at home and really added to how great the experience was. You can tell this place is run with heart. We’ll definitely be back.

This is the best food I have had in a long long time. They accommodated vegan for me and my daughter and assured me there was no cross contamination with meat on the cookware, made everything fresh when we ordered, and were super nice and patient with us. I am a sauce girly and everything tasted better without any sauce. I’m still thinking about this food days later after our vacation. Authentic Peruvian food with the best service. Thank you to these lovely people. We will definitely come back whenever we visit the area.

This is was surprisingly amazing. The woman who runs the restaurant was so sweet and the food came out fast and was incredible. Never thought I would say the best Peruvian place I’ve been to was in Utah, but it definitely was. The arepas and empanadas were piping hot, moist, and full of flavor. The arroz con pollo was the perfect home-style meal. Lastly the lomito saltado was juicy and hearty.

The food was delicious and the service was amazing. I ordered a Lomo Saltado, it was quickly prepared and it re-energized me after a couple days of hiking. This definitely added to my experience while visiting Zion. I was so thrilled to run into a Peruvian restaurant. Just what I needed! Gracias por la atención!
