It is a decent place to eat for American Breakfast. Sure beats my dirty hotel at the Knight’s Inn in a separate review. I cannot also overrate it to 4 stars because the waitress made a mistake in putting chocolate in my Blueberry Belgian Waffles. It did taste good despite her mistake and I was in a hurry to leave my hotel for that late morning. The eggs we’re good too and the prices where actually good for the breakfast I had. If I am passing by would come here but this is in the Crossroads or Rural Heart of America (Indiana) which I rarely pass by. I do think it deserves at least 3 stars IMO.

I found the dining room in neat and orderly fashion. The menu was laid out quite nicely so it was easy to find your favorites. Nice variety of foods. The service was very competent and attentive without being overbearing. The price was competitive with what’s in the area and I will definitely go back here again as one of my dining choices.

Stopped here for lunch on my way back to Indianapolis from South Bend. A little skeptical, but it was really good. I would definitely recommend the wings, they have a nice light crunch to them. I got the chicken wrap and it wasn’t something amazing, but it was a cool choice. The waitress was really friendly and would definitely come back if I have the chance.

Not bad food! Took my sister out to lunch here! She ordered off the menu, I ordered the buffet. Wish I had ordered what she had! It’s was rather low on business for lunch. But everything was fine and the waitress was very good. Brought fill ups on our drinks without having to ask! Very low priced compared to other places here.

Was surprised at all the menu options. American, Italian, Mexican, Cajun, Creole, Indian (the ones that ride elephants, not the ones that ride horses) and maybe more that I missed. And anything from breakfast fare to salads to steaks to seafood to desserts. I had the fish with fries, salad, green beans and cole slaw. Everything was wonderful. The service was okay, not great. Prices are fair for the serving size. Was not busy on a Saturday afternoon. I’ll be back.

I went there around 2 p.m. on a weekday this month. I ordered a tenderloin sandwich. The waitress was friendly, and the speed of service was exceptionally fast. The food was good. For 2 meals and soft drinks, the price was around $22.

When we first walked in the lady just said just sit where you want, so when we sat down no one greeted us for at least 5 minutes. Even the host lady that spoke to us when we walked in looked at my wife twice and never said anything. Finally as we stood up to leave, one of the servers came over and asked if we have been helped. Benefit of the doubt we sat back down and ordered. My wife ordered a steak, I ordered a gyro, and for our son a grilled cheese. The server walked away and we thought, hmm she never asked how you wanted your steak, so we flagged her down and asked if the steak would be medium so with pink. Our salads came out and it was literally lettuce with half a slice of tomato, 1 black olive, and 2 slices of onion. Im sorry but I am not eating that. I can go buy a head of lettuce if I really wanted that kind of salad. So our food comes out literally right after our salad came out and my wife’s steak was cooked so well done, she couldn’t even chew it. We know it wasn’t the servers fault so we tired to be nice about it and asked her over. She was really nice and we were explaining the steak and how we wanted it fixed. While we were talking she was playing with her bandage and it started falling. At this point we said we just didn’t want it at all and ready to get boxes for our other food and leave. I understand the server was trying to be nice, but that was just not sanitary. We are here for the weekend and I had a long day at work. We heard this place was awesome, but I’m not to sure with the experience my family and I had.

Service was bad, she appeared to be new at the job. When you order all you can eat fish,it’s kind of important to come around and ask if you want more.she waited until everyone else was done eating ,then she stopped by. She didn’t ask if wanted more, just to stop off the bill.

Place was closed for several months. New owners, remodeled. Looks nice and clean inside. New lights, tile floors and paint.
New menu. Food was hot and reasonably quick and priced fairly.

It’s a reliable short order restaurant. They have a little bit of everything, too. Greek, American, Indian… it’s all solid. Something for everyone. Never had anything I didn’t like there. Service can be a little slow if you’re in a rush.
