Had the lomo saltado and ceviche and both were excellent. The steak was tender, well seasoned, and the sauce had great depth. Eggs cooked perfectly and the rice was fresh and fluffy.
The ceviche was fresh, bright, and balanced — not overly acidic. Nice touch with the cancha around the plate.
Authentic flavors, generous portions, and clean presentation. Definitely coming back.

The food was absolutely amazing. My husband and I ordered tallarín saltado and seco de ossobuco with an appetizer of empanadas and maracuya juice. It was a wonderful experience and the owners were so kind and helpful. PeruCaters is definitely a gem and my to go restaurant for Peruvian cuisine.

We found out this spot is offering Breakfast now, both Peruvian and Ecuadorian style. We’ve eaten here before for lunch/dinner, and it’s always good. New breakfast menu was delicious, offering Latin savory dishes in variety from both Peruvian and Ecuadorian recipes. Truly excellent, and looking forward to visiting again to try more.

First time here and first time trying Peruvian food! This cute, small restaurant is a gem to find. The owner is so sweet, warm and friendly and went through the menu item by item. The meat quality is really good and the food is not too salty. I would definitely definitely recommend and I will be back!! Also the popped corn was so delicious!

Small storefront restaurant with delicious authentic Peruvian food. Only 4 tables and a window bench, the door and bathroom aren’t ideal, but food is terrific. We enjoyed Lomo saltado, Aji de Gallina, Sudado, Empanadas, Aguadito, Ceviche and Papas a la huacaina. No alcohol, but maracuya smoothie, chicha morada and Inca Kola were great. Beatles music playing, but not loud. 5 stars as carryout, but not as a sitdown restaurant. Good for families, kids, foodies.

Excellent food and home feel to this place. The Arroz Con Mariscos is my favorite seafood dish on earth and I highly recommend people to come here.

Never had Peruvian food, decided to try after recommendation and I loved it. I got the lomo supreme. It’s worth the price. Next time I will try the ceviche.

This spot is an excellent place that is perfect for a sit down meal that is worth the trip over if your visiting Chicago. It is a smaller place that has about 8 or 9 tables and is very quaint with a great touch of Peru. You will instantly tell that the family cares about making great food and sharing it with others. I hope anyone who reads this has a chance to visit.

I recently dined at this Peruvian-Ecuadorian restaurant with my family for the first time, and we loved it so much that we returned with more family members on our second visit. The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors. It’s really nice to have that home-style flavor so close in the suburbs, without having to travel all the way to Chicago. We highly recommend it!
