I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Indian restaurant and was absolutely delighted by their butter chicken and garlic naan. The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced, while the garlic naan was warm, fluffy, and had just the right amount of garlic and butter. The combination was simply irresistible. The staff was welcoming and attentive, always ready to offer recommendations and ensure we had a pleasant experience. While the ambiance was a bit lacking in terms of decoration and atmosphere, with some sports shows playing on the TVs, the exceptional food more than made up for it. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for anyone craving authentic Indian flavors, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Absolutely delicious food! We’ve been here 3 times now and always had really tasty dishes. I tried Lamb Pasanda and Mughlai chicken today and they were chefs kisses.

Great little Indian Grill in Marion. The Lunch special was amazing. So much food for just $11.99. It came with naan, appetizer, rice, veg side, and meats. There was also a full veg option. My husband’s chicken vindaloo was also very good. Service was great. Our waiter was very attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

An Indian friend recommended that I try this restaurant. I ordered the special off menu biryani. The presentation was lovely. The chicken was so tender and moist. I liked the flavors and crispy onion and parsley garnish. So glad I took his advice!

Food wasnt bad, took some time to get it. Limited choice on drinks excluding soda. One of the turn off for me was the flies within the restaurant, and when the food was delivered the waiters finger tips where touching the curry goat. Probably won’t be a eat in option for me, maybe door dash. Still up in the air on this one.

Fantastic experience.
I got Wednesday’s lunch special with the chicken option and every component was perfect, both alone and as a complement to the other dishes.
10/10 would go back

We are at Persis Biryani Indian grill because Google suggested it. Wow what a great dinner we had on Saturday evening! There was no wait time for a table. Food was cooked fresh with only a few minute wait because it was prepared and cooked once it was ordered. The butter naan was delicious hot fresh and buttery even towards the end of the meal it was still moist. My food had the appropriate amount of spice and my wife had requested no spice on her food. She was happy they accommodated her request of no spice, some places still add a touch and that’s too much for her. We will be back the next time we visit Cedar Rapids.

Our new favorite Indian place! Paradise Indian was closed on Mondays and we were so disappointed, so we googled places near us and found this gem! The boneless chicken biryani and the butter chicken was some of the best we’ve ever had!

Today, we tried the Sunday buffet. It exceeded our expectations! There was a wide variety of dishes to try, the food was hot, and kept replenished. They had fruit trays, dessert, and even offered Mango Lassi! All of the food had amazing flavor! We will definitely be back again!

I ordered the biriani for $14.99 and the chili garlic naan for $4.99, and let me tell you, they were absolutely delicious! Just a heads up though, they are quite spicy, so if you prefer medium heat, make sure to ask for less spice. Also, be prepared to wait a bit as it took around 40 minutes for my food to be ready.
