I usually love this place but this last time I went was just that, the last time. I went to dine in, it was just me, and waited for over an hour for a server to approach me. After taking my order I waited another hour for the food. When there was no sign of it coming out soon I asked them to cancel. As I was leaving they came with my food to go. I paid and left. Got home and as I was eating noticed almost every piece of chicken was undercooked!! Horrible service, they need the owner to come back and magae this place, the new manger has no idea what she is doing.

The food was great, the atmosphere is really nice. It’s a big open space but you can hear yourself talk. The service was also really good. We had the hummus and it was really great. The pita with onions and fresh herbs was very nice. We got dishes to split and still had too much.

The restaurant was very busy the night we dined. Most tables were filled with 6 or more customers. Even though the service was slow because they had only 3 servers, the waitress was very pleasant, took care of us to the best of her abilities, and kept apologizing for not being more attentive.

I’m visiting the area. My friend took me to the Persian room. It was her first time but she is familiar with this type of cuisine since she spent time in the middle east. I enjoyed the baklava, which we were told was homemade, and the rice. I would have preferred a different main dish than the beef.

Watch out at the Persian room. They give you 2 receipts, one with gratuity and another to add tip line with signature. Read both copies. Last night they tried to charge a 40% gratuity and tried to charge us credit card fees twice. I told the owner the food was cold. No emotion at all. Not only have they raised their prices substantially they are not disclosing the added fees. Total rip off! I loved the restaurant but I won’t be going back. Very dishonest

Ambience was amazing, front host is extremely welcoming with beautiful braided hair, our server Patrick was kind, informative, & funny. Rafael had great knowledge of our food & showed us how to eat the bread with herbs he could not have been nicer or more attentive. This place is warm, welcoming & comfortable with an epic staff to match. We got the #50 & split the food. Turkish coffee was sipped on throughout the meal & we look forward to being back
