Our Jackson Hole coffee shops, inspired by bakeries in France and beyond, remain rooted in Wyoming, a local orientation expressed in our breakfast & lunch menus’ focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. The 3 cafes carry a core collection of classic artisanal breads and scratch-made sweets, baked fresh every morning.
Our focused menu, highlights French favorites and Wyoming riffs, using only the best ingredients throughout. We source from over 20 local farms, ranches and dairies to create dishes with sustainable and fresh food from our region. All cafes offer our breakfast menu all day, and lunch beginning after our morning bread delivery. Pastry is sold day of only and lasts until it sells out! Our kitchens close daily at 3pm.
Chic French nook with artisanal breads, pastries & coffee, plus select light fare & outdoor seating.

I’m on a quest to try to find the best Croissant in every town I visit, so I had high expectations for Persephone Bakery and I wasn’t disappointed.
This is a quaint little bakery that greets you with delicious smells when you open the door. It is clean and bright and the glass counter is filled with delicious looking pastries.
We got a croissant, which was fantastic, an Almond Pastry and the surprise of the day, the Cinnamon Croissant. The Croissant was buttery and flaky and was everything you would want in a croissant. The Almond Pastry had the same buttery flavor and the almond filling was spot on. However, the Cinnamon Croissant was very delicious. Crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle and bursting with flavor. I’ll buy a bunch of those next time I go back.

Persephone Bakery is an absolute must-visit.
Excellent coffee, amazing cozy vibe, and the food is next level. The chicken sandwich was incredible, and the tomato soup with grilled cheese was muahhh… wowwww.
All the bakery items looked insanely good—we couldn’t try everything, but every single thing looked tempting.
Must. Must. Must. Tryyyy. ☕ ✨

Definitely a must see when you’re in the area. A quaint, cute bakery. A little crowded in the shop if it gets busy so plan to take your items to-go. Great variety of pastries, the almond croissant was absolutely phenomenal and it would’ve been a +10 if they had the ability to heat it up on the spot to serve warm on a chilly day but still tasty either way. I also got a delicious jumbo chocolate chip walnut cookie.

Persephone is one of the Jackson spots that’s on all the lists. It’s a walk-up and place your order, then wait for them to call you when it’s ready, kinda place. This French bakery is known for their baked goods, but they also do full plates, lunch, and sammiches. I selected the Brioche French Toast. It was delicious. Stone fruit, chopped pistachios, cinnamon sugar, and mascarpone cream all topped this crispy, fluffy brioche bread. Honestly, when I saw it, I thought it looked a little small, but it was actually quite filling, and just a perfect serving size. My wife enjoyed a chocolate croissant. And we got a strawberry cream cheese pastry to go. The restaurant is small with some seating inside and some outside as well. We opted for an outside table, because the weather was perfect, and it was more spacious. The restaurant also has various food and non-food items for sale.

A breakfast staple in Jackson, as testified by the lines that wind out the street in the morning any time you visit this establishment. As you enter, you are spoiled by the tasteful curation of cute items and a delectable selection of bakery goods.
Attention to the presentation makes my breakfast bowl beautiful as it is delicious. the kouign amman we got were succulent, and the drinks were made to perfection. There is a good, good reason that this place is legendary.

I came here for lunch today and it was so delicious! I got the cauliflower salad with chicken and the tomato soup. It was so tasty and seemed like the ingredients were very high quality. Seating is somewhat limited but I did manage to snag a spot but keep that in mind!
I hope to come back while I am in Jackson. Thank you to the staff for creating such a magical cafe

Wowzah, this place is the real deal. Got some pastries and a flat white and everything tasted INCREDIBLE. The space is so cute and cozy, albeit a little small. I thought it was a bit odd that the staff kept chatting with each other while customers waited outside in the cold even though it was past 7a.m. Other than the weird customer service, I had a solid experience here. The kouign-amann was my favorite pastry.

Visited here on my most recent visit to Jackson this week. The place is very small, with barely any seating so plan to sit outside especially if you have more than 2 people dining. The photos make it look larger than it is. It’s decorated beautifully. I felt slightly rushed by the front desk staff when placing my order. I found a table and when my food was brought out, it was packed to go, though my matcha was in a coffee mug to dine in. I never said it was to go. I had planned to stay but didn’t feel comfortable. This is a very cute spot, I’d probably not dine in but get it to go in the future. The vibe feels a bit pretentious. Food was amazing. I ordered an egg sandwich, sweet potato & brussels hash and a slice of chocolate bundt cake. Pricey but worth it in my opinion.

My wife and I had breakfast at PERSEPHONE BAKERY at 9:40am on a Wednesday.
The small bakery was very busy when we walked in but the line was moving fast. The bread & pastries behind the counter looked amazing. We ordered the Croque Madame with tomato jam, the sweet corn ricotta omelette with sourdough toast, and a Pressed Juicery bottled drink. All the food was fantastic & beautifully presented. Their sourdough toast was probably the best bread I’ve ever had. We spent $58.19 including tip.
If we lived nearby we would eat at PERSEPHONE all the time.

Super cute place! All of the pastries they offered were creative and fun to try something new. I think I had the hazelnut chocolate banana bread and it was delightful. Coffee was decent as well. There is also a big gift section part of the shop, I got some cookies to go and they were a bit pricey (12 for 2 cookies) but I don’t mind as it is supporting a small business 🙂
