My uncle enjoyed his chili dog a lot. My sandwich was good- I’m not a pickle guy, but their sandwich pickles are fresh and crispy.
I arrived to struggle with parking (not allowed to park in the lot right behind or you will be towed. So gotta find street parking!
There is a beautiful mural right across from the building.
There are lots of outdoor seating and other areas inside to sit and dine. Loved the jazz music playing.
There was a long line (which validated even more how good this place is) and lots of hard working employees!
The guy who helped me was not the same who took my order so I wonder if that contributed to specifics being left out. I had also requested a Perry’s Punch and Jalapeno chips and he would have forgotten that if I didn’t speak up (the owner remembered the chips).
My friend tipped me off that Thursdays and Fridays they have a tri tip sandwich special *cue drooling*
I ordered the Hey Joe and it was amazing. It was also my first time trying Squaw bread and I am super impressed with how sweet and delicious and soft it is!!!!
Would definitely come back! I also want to try their ice cream. And sit inside to listen to jazz :0)
We’re VERY happy that Perry’s Joint popped up.
We both had the guru. My wife had it on a croissant, I had it on sourdough. I don’t use the delicious very often. But, very accurate here!
We also shared a scoop of cherry vanilla ice cream. Everyone here is courteous, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our lunch. Highly recommend, and will be back next time we’re traveling thru
