I was driving through the area and decided to stop by Perry’s on a whim, and I’m so glad I did. I ordered the tri-tip sandwich, their Thursday–Saturday special, after the cashier recommended it. It did not disappoint. Packed with flavor and loaded with generous portion of meat. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect sandwich spot. Was everything we were looking for. Has a small mom-and-pop vibe, quality ingredients, super friendly service from Perry. You can tell he really cares about what they are putting out. I had the “Pastrami No Chaser” on Rye and my buddy had the “Guru” on sourdough. They nailed that classic pastrami taste. He was also very happy with his. I wanted more just for the taste (despite being satisfied otherwise). Even just by looking you could see it was gonna be good bite. Definitely will be back for my next sandwich craving.

Love this place. The service is awesome. The atmosphere is great from day one this place open the owner Mr. Perry his wife, nothing but high respects. The food is amazing. It needs more than five stars. That’s for sure that turkey sandwich on that wheat bread. Don’t know the name of that bread but it’s some good good bread lol I hate that I moved away, cause I was there every weekend. God is good. Omg, this is a very small Sandwitch shop in down town Sierra Madre. The Sandwitch’s are amazingly delicious. Can’t wait to come back again.

This is my favorite sandwich shop in all of l.A! What I love about this shop is that the sandwiches are fantastic. They’re better than any place i’ve been to, even jersey Mike’s. It’s like an old-fashioned sandwich shop. But I think the best part is the service! Not only are they quick, everyone is very kind and they address you a sir or madam. It threw me for a loop when I first went there because everyone was so kind and the service was so good, That had not happened in a long time from a lot of the places that I go to. I was just discussing with my wife and friends how service has really gone downhill? And a lot of the institutions that y
ou go to they always want a tip for doing nothing! Anyway, do yourself a favor and go there and have a great sandwich.They have a lot of combinations, a lot of stuff that you’ve probably never had before. Best pastrami sandwich I’ve had in LA! I actually got the Joe but it had pastrami and was great! Amazing Sandwich and amazing staff! Also the spot is right next to a park if you want to eat outside. Also tried my friends tri tip and it was great. Also lol the Jazz music playing was refreshing
