Had the chance to taste the menu today and I was seriously impressed. Every dish was dialed in, the cocktails were crafted with intention, and the whole place has that perfect upscale-but-comfortable vibe.

But what really stood out? The people. Absolute class. Genuine, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they’re building here.

You can feel the energy of something special happening. Can’t wait to see where this place goes next. Big things ahead for Perry’s.

Now here’s a social media post you can run on your page — strong, supportive, and relationship-driven:

Perry’s cocktail bar was an unexpected cozy gem. I love their vast list of wine options and their bourbon that was made in house. The pictures shown are the special Valentine’s menu items. We had an amazing time. The brie with prosciutto ,baguette and fig sauce.
The salad was amazing. I had to filet mignon topped with a crab cake, over a bed of asparagus. We also ordered chicken with linguine and capers with lemon. Expensive wine list and signature drinks , made it easy to pair drinks with your meal.

Hoe…lee…cow…This place is I moved to Puyallup recently, and I’m from much bigger cities with, let’s face it, much better food scenes. Not only are their staff the typical friendly and awesome often associated with the industry staff out here, but their food is awesome! The atmosphere is vibrant and comforting at the same time and honestly just really fun to look at.

My first time going I planned ahead and picked an appetizer (the Beet Salad), an entrée (the Gnocchi with Butternut Squash), and a dessert (the Olive Oil Cake) with drink pairings (in order: the Bouchard Aine & Fils Pinot Noir, the Chai Vanilla Old Fashioned, and the Taylor Fladgate 20 Year Tawny Port) I chose myself. Let me tell you the descriptions on the menu can’t possibly do it justice.

My brain forever wants that gnocchi now..ALL… THE… TIME…

I also just went for happy hour yesterday. I’d had a stressful day, and THIS WAS THE CURE. I ordered a glass of Ar Guentota Malbec and the Baked Brie with Wild Huckleberry Preserves.

And, of course, a restaurant would be nothing without amazing staff! I’ve been assisted by a few of those (often) unsung heroes, Sam, the bartender, and two wonderful servers, Ashley and Claire…and then.. the back of the house but STARS of the show, Chef Luis and Sous Chef Chase.. Clearly the ownership knew what the heck they were doing putting together a team like this.

Perry’s has been an oasis for me, as somewhat of a foodie. They set the standard here in Puyallup, and I actually think they’re going to change the food industry here. If you don’t believe me, TAKE A LOOK AT THESE PHOTOS!!!

The new owners are magnificent, the food is delicious, and the cocktails are top notch.
The only way this place could be better is if it were bigger.
Highly recommend.
I definitely will return.

A beautiful, relaxing place to celebrate, having a special night with a loved one, enjoying company with longtime friends, a way to treat yourself, or a place for new beginnings. The ambiance is sophisticated but simple and classy. The food is amazing, I had their special that night, a salmon and risotto with wild mushrooms that was so delicious. They have a fantastic bar with knowledgeable and talented bartenders. I can no longer drink due to health reasons, but they have some signature mocktails for those who want to still enjoy drinks with friends that so delicious that you sip to savor them like a proper coctail, rather than the overpiced juice that you get at some restaurants. Service was outstanding. Involved making sure you have a wonderful time, without being overbearing. The menu is varied but not a book. So there’s variety on the menu, but each piece is done with excellence. It’s lovely to have a place like this is Puyallup. Where everything is very casual and neighborly, but when you want to spark things up and have special place that still has that caring neighborly feel. This is it. No need to drive all the way to Seattle, struggle in traffic, then parking, and pay for a meal that you hope is qualified to be fine dining and not just paying that price because the restaurant is in Seattle.

Perry’s was the perfect dining experience. The cocktails were incredible; my wife and I had the Spring Fling and Born a Star which were smooth, strong and flavorful. The food…wow, I had the fish market special which was cod on a bed of risotto topped with a mango salsa. It was simply orgasmic as was the crab and artichoke dip. Finally, our server Franky was such a wonderful person and a kind soul who made our evening that much better. I’d give more stars if I could, but I can’t so I’ll have to settle for another visit. Thanks again to the entire staff!

Everything was fresh and delicious. I started with the smoked fish hushpuppies—crisp outside, tender inside, and seriously good. For my entrée, I had the market fish: blackened halibut with mango over coconut risotto. The fish was perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth, and the sweet mango with the creamy risotto made every bite pop with flavor. Service was warm and attentive without hovering, and the martini was spot-on—icy cold, clean, and perfectly balanced.

Our first time there we were a little surprised that the menu offered so few choices but we managed to find something to our liking. No bread basket or the like was offered which I thought unusual for fine dining. We went straight for the main entrees, my husband having the Pork Chop dinner. It was tender and seasoned to perfection. I had the Short Rib Ragu Rigatoni. It was pretty good but I was somewhat jealous of my husband’s pork chop. It was a zesty tomato sauce with liberal amounts of short rib meat in it and a pretty hearty portion overall. Because it was my birthday they comped us a slice of the Olive Oil cake which was delicious and I can only describe as a kind of citrus coffee type cake with a struessel topping. It made up for the missing bread basket.
We will definitely return.

My friends and I went for dinner and drinks last Saturday and had a wonderful experience at Perry’s! It’s beautifully decorated, with a stylish mix of traditional and industrial aesthetic, making it perfect for date nights, or a night out with friends or family. Very fair pricing, and the service was fantastic! Every item we ordered, including drinks, was wonderful! We had the Perry’s Paloma, Prickly in Pink, and one other drink I can’t remember the name of from the happy hour menu. Not only were they pretty, but they also tasted fantastic, far better than the average cocktail you would find at most restaurants!

For starters, we had the Burrata Caprese, Fried Calamari, Crab and Artichoke Dip, and Smoked Fish Hush Puppies. I was blown away by how much flavor the tomatoes in the caprese had, and I highly recommend getting a side of bread with it! The Calamari, Crab, and Artichoke dip and Hush Puppies were all incredible as well. Not only was everything plated beautifully, but each item had wonderful flavor and perfect portions.

We got the Blackened Black Cod and Risotto, as well as the Ribeye Steak Frites for our entrees. The Black Cod was cooked absolutely perfectly, buttery and almost melts in your mouth. The risotto was also packed with flavor. The steak was cooked perfectly as well, with generous portions for both menu items.

We can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu! I highly recommend checking them out!

Decided on Perry’s after a long day of travel. Menu and photos were appealing, so I gave it a whirl.
Great experience all around. Sam was a great host, I was happy it was a quiet Thursday night. A rhubarb margarita to start, followed by the beet salad, and the scallop special for main course. No room for dessert. The plates were perfectly portioned and presented. This is a gem of a restaurant and a not to miss establishment whether you are visiting or a local in Puyallup. If I lived here I’d be a regular for sure!
