The Perry family know how to do Barbecue. 12 Hour, “slow and low” smoked Pork Butts along with the smoked butt’s outer layer, known as “bark,” that dark, flavorful crust formed is one to enjoy. Ask for some “bark” to be included with your next Pork Plate or Sandwich order and experience the flavor. Try tasting the pork with the bark before adding any BBQ sauce.

Perry’s BBQ in Paris, TN deserves five stars. I ordered the brisket plate, and it was spot-on. The brisket was tender, full of flavor, and had that real smoke taste you can’t fake. Portion size was generous, and everything on the plate tasted fresh.
Service was quick and friendly, and the whole place feels like a no-nonsense local spot that actually cares about the food they’re serving. If you’re anywhere near Paris, TN and want good barbecue, the brisket plate here is the move.
Five stars. I’ll definitely be back.

Reasonably priced. Good portions of meat. Pork and brisket needs more seasoning. Brisket had too much fat needs to be cut against the grain. It was a little dry ,too.

I ordered the rib tips and deviled eggs. I ordered the same thing a week ago and it was phenomenal. Tonight my rib tips were placed in the microwave. Red flag number one. Im at home eating, and could barely bite through the meat. The ones that i was able to eat was nothing but fat. The deviled eggs were bland and had a dime size amount of filling. No consistency at all.

My Father passed away, we wanted to have a ‘family lunch’ so I went to Perry’s for a catering order to be DELIVERED days in advance. I ordered pulled pork, medium pan of slaw & potato salad. The actual ordering process was difficult, nevertheless I finally got a total and paid over the phone. I received a phone call ‘confirming’ my order the night before. My entire family and I gathered, waiting for our food; 15 minutes after the scheduled delivery, I called to be told “oh I’m sorry, we’ll get this right out to you” My delivery was finally made 30 minutes AFTER the time I paid for it to arrive. The cold side items were stacked on top of the pulled bbq which was cold and dry. I thought coming in person, days in advance would insure a smooth process; it did not. Not sure if their fresh food is good or not as ours sat for hours. If you enjoy this place, DO NOT PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER. After such a difficult time unexpectedly losing my Father, I have to deal with a catering order that should have been seamless. BTW, I never got a price “breakdown” (no clue the cost of sides, delivery, etc) nor was I contacted for any sort of partial refund for their debacle.

I don’t know what people have a problem with but wow! This place has the eats! Amazing flavorful barbeque. Got my husband the jumbo pulled pork sandwich and he went nuts over it. I snuck a taste and my mouth was partying! I enjoyed a big bowl of the cheesy taters which are phenomenal! I love grilled food done right. This is definitely the place to get it! Clean, friendly and enjoyable! It’s on the top of our eating out list now. If you love real barbeque, don’t miss out on this place.

The BBQ pork was great! Everything was so good!! Banana pudding was to die for!! Baked beans, potato salad and corn bread were great too!!
