We frequent this restaurant and are always welcomed with a smile and can count on having a good meal. Today, however, was an entirely different experience. We were welcomed with a friendly smile by the hostess then sat down. Our server Kaitlin was nothing but unprofessional and rude. She took our order with an attitude and took our drink order complaining about how it was the hostesses job. She returned later with our food (which was spectacular as usual) only to slam and I mean literally slam our plates on the table and roll her eyes when we asked for our drinks. I have never been treated that poorly at a restaurant, let alone Perry Family Restaurant. We will not be returning back. The food can be amazing, but your staff and servers are what makes the experience and for a young family of three who isn’t difficult, rude or complaining it was a slap in the face to be treated that way. It was as if we were an inconvenience even being there.

Very nice family restaurant very fresh and crisp salad bar with lots of yummy choices. Several choices of delicious soup. The restaurant was clean staff friendly prices were economical quality of the food was great. The chopped steak with mashed potatoes, mushrooms and gravy was excellent. We keep giving this place a second and third chance, but they fail every time. This last time we walked in and the host didn’t greet us. She was sitting on her phone and just seemed annoyed that we were there. We sat down. The waitress was very friendly and served up our drinks. Unfortunately, the first sip of coffee tasted like dirty dish water. We left before ordering our food and went to Mary’s Diner. Like night and day there. PFR is closest to my house and I wish it was my place, but they continue to disappoint. Also, the menu is meh. I can make everything at home easily especially when you see staff purchasing their food at IGA next door.

I felt like i was in prison. Like no one could talk. This lady i assume is the owner was walking around belittling the Waitress. Which our waitress was amazing. She was very nice and handled everything perfectly even when she was being talked to terribly. Even my kids felt uncomfortable in the restaurant and the food Was Not that great, I really suggest not going there.

Arrived hungry…left stuffed. The soup and salad bar was well maintained. From the outside I pictured a very small seating arrangement but I was wrong. The menu has a variety of options ranging from breakfast to dinner. I will be headed back soon. Forgot to take a picture of a sign that they had on the door. It had the winter hours displayed. I ate on a Wednesday and they closed at 8 pm. I am not too sure of the other days.

What a great little spot. Food and service were excellent. Was sorry to see they weren’t busier around dinner time on Sunday. Prices were very reasonable. Will be stopping again when we are in the area.
