The portions are HUGE and the price was super affordable. Well worth the money
I got the Giro fries and expected a little bit og actual meat. I was actually shocked at the generous amount given. It tastes wonderful. Plus it was a short walk from the truck stop.
The food is good and portion sizes are healthy. I have tried the following:
Italian beef, Philly steak, gyros platter, patty melt, pizza puff, chicken rice bowl, and the “gym shoe” sandwich. If you don’t know, look it up. Favorite is the Italian beef but everything else was good too!
The service has always been friendly and courteous with attention to details. Not long wait times.
The dining area is a little on the small side but clean. With self service fountain soda machine.
I plan on going back and trying more items while passing through on my next trip.
I asked for extra tyatziki sauce… what I got was cucumber relish what equated to cucumber cole slaw. It was watery and ONLY cucumber. For those that don’t know how to use google, I did you the favor… tyatziki is very simple to make…
Here’s how
Tzatziki is a creamy Greek dip/sauce made by combining strained Greek yogurt with grated, thoroughly drained cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh herbs (dill or mint). The cucumber must be salted and squeezed to remove excess water to prevent a watery sauce. It is best served chilled after resting.
The ONLY REAL HIGHLIGHT of my visit was the young lady working at the counter. she was very friendly and professional.
$25 for my order and the ONLY part not a waste Of money was the tip!!!
