The food is always excellent. Their pizza slices are huge and packed with flavor. You definitely get your money’s worth here. Whether you are grabbing a quick slice or ordering a full pizza you can always count on it being hot fresh and delicious.
And you have to try the cookies. They are soft sweet and just the right amount of chewy. It has become a little tradition for us to get cookies along with our pizza.
Whether you live nearby or are just visiting Spencerport Perrys Pizza is a place that makes you feel at home. Great food great people and great service every single time. Thank you to the entire team for always going the extra mile.
Twice we have ordered a medium pizza and have asked for thin crust extra crispy only to get home to find a normal thick crusted pizza. Very frustrating!
It is 12/31/2023, So it has been another year since I have gone to Perri’s in Spencerport. I received a coupon in the mail for a free slice when you buy a slice, so I decided to try them again, even though I was hesitant. I went there, ordered two slices, presented my coupon and was told by the employee they CAN NOT HONOR MY COUPON because it is New Years Eve Day! WHAT! I was like, your joking, right? NO, no joke, two girls said we can’t accept your coupon.
Now these are slices that are already made, it is 3 in the afternoon, no other customers were there and they were not that busy because employees were just walking around. Why can’t you honor your coupon? Simply don’t send out coupons if you don’t want to honor them. I only went there again because of the coupon. I should have known better, now I do. A big zero for customer service.
Response to store manager:
I ordered in store (waited 30 minutes), asked for a white pizza and this is what I was given. So there was no confusion about ordering online, just no communication from the person I was ordering with.
Another 40 minutes until it showed up. I’m guessing they didn’t make it the first time around.
Absolutely unacceptable. Will probably not be buying from this place again.
Apparently their management team should ask which order someone had to call three time for over 2.25 hours to get it to their house within a mile drive of their shop.
Not only can’t they find a simple ticket, they are trying to tell me I didn’t call the restaurant right down the road and used a delivery service that charges even more than they do.
Total incompetence. Should expect that from a company who doesn’t accept cash and hires 16 year olds to busy with their phones to put an order into the kitchen for an hour and 45 minutes.

Again, complete incompetence and now trying to brush it off as some other company screwed it up.
Trash organization.
