Wonderful customer service! We waited a really long time to get our food tonight which can of course be frustrating, but I also can completely understand! We all get busy at our jobs and it’s important to remember that!! The manager felt so bad for things running slowly and gave us a very generous amount off our bill. We told him we understand and he didn’t have to do that. He did it anyways and we appreciated it so much! Thank you for the customer service and the food was amazing!

We were sat at the same booth as our previous visit which has a broken light cover above it. Pancakes today were not so good even though thier appearance was appetizing. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. Other food which was ordered was delicious.

Pretty horrible dining experience at Perkins on 169 today. Started off getting seated and after waitress took our order she never came back. We had to flag down someone for things we needed. Food came and it was cold, missing parts of our order. Found hair in my food and silverware was really dirty. After being charged a lot of money for at best a mediocre meal. I went to the bathroom as we were leaving. The bathroom had the door off the hinges and was extremely filthy. I know not all Perkins Restaurants are like this, but we are definitely not returning to this one again.

The staff were arguing what section they were going to seat us in right in front of us. No one seemed to want to be there. Waitress barely checked on our table. The food was good but the service was not. If you’re going to be in the service industry, you should probably have the personality for it and be friendly.

We waited 15 minutes to have our drink order taken and knew that the experience was going to be sketchy at best.
After waiting just over an hour for our food and having two increasingly angry children waiting with us, we considered cutting our losses and going elsewhere but were saved at the last minute after I complained to the only server in sight and was told that they were extremely short staffed.
This was confirmed by the manager on duty who came by and spoke to us and confirmed that they were horribly short staffed and that the manager from the previous shift apparently left the place filthy which was obvious given that an entire section sat covered in dirty dishes from what had to be hours earlier.
The manager on duty was apologetic and comped the kid’s meals and discounted ours. She took another step and wrote a note on the door stating that they were closing due to being short staffed. Maybe a temporary closing but this place needs to be closely looked at by ownership based on previous reviews. Add in the general state of disrepair and there is plenty of work to be done.
I’d recommend spending your dining dollars elsewhere for a while. The food is still good but I don’t know of too many who have two hours to give up for a meal out…

Me and my girlfriend went there last night at 11 pm. The waitress was nice at the beginning. But It took them over 50 minutes to serve our foods and she never told us what was wrong. People came after us were getting serves. The food wasn’t even good! MY
Gf’s sandwich and fries were cold. I ordered a southwest chicken salad there wasn’t even any chicken! We didn’t say anything to the waitress. We go to Perkins often and we didn’t expect anything like this from them.

Ruth B. absolutely killed being our server! She was attentive to our drinks, ensured our order was taken properly, and served us with a big smile! When my sister’s hasbrowns came out a little dark, she asked to make sure it was alright and even threw in another hashbown in case it wasn’t to diminish the wait. She did awesome! Food was your classic Perkins meal, warm and quick.

Very slow service, took an hour and twenty minutes for our food to get to us. They made me the wrong meal, another fifteen minutes go by and finally get it- forgot the pancakes. There were 7 tables being used. We seen three tables get up and leave,one complaint of cold food. My wife got a salad and found a bigger piece of broken plate in her salad. Kids didn’t get their drinks, cookies were over cooked.Worse experience we have ever had…..
