Typical Perkins diner. Friendly staff, good food, always a good place for a Sunday breakfast with my daughters.

Decent food, and service isn’t terrible. Some of the servers seem confused or unsure of their job responsibilities when helping. Maybe they were new. Kristina was probably the most helpful of times being there. Need to train servers to assist in clearing tables… seems like a plate that was finished before the main meal was delivered was left on the table 3 out of 4 times. While I know they don’t have to bus, it helps to keep customer satisfaction up. If going for Pie, they’re alright, but I’ve always enjoyed Bakers Square more for pie. The coffee is much better, however… as long as someone who isn’t brand new makes it.

Went here for a late-night meal after a concert and received the best service we ever had at any Perkins! The food came out ridiculously fast and was hot, delicious, and the server was kind, courteous, and awesome! (Wish I could remember his name – he did such a great job). Highly recommend!

A friend and I went here for Thanksgiving dinner. The menu was small because of Thanksgiving but the service was wonderful. Our waiter was all smiles and very understanding because it took me longer than it should have to figure out what I wanted. I was too busy talking to my friend who I hadn’t seen in a long time. I would definitely go back.

It was clean and the food was well prepared. The prices have really gone up recently it seems. My main complaint is that I have been in multiple times in the evenings, and the staff very clearly is anxious to go home. They are watching the clock and rushing us along, even when they are still open for an hour and a half…. I think of Perkins as a restaurant that you can sit with a friend and talk over a meal. When there are empty tables everywhere and they are still open for a long while, it should be okay to sit and chat.

stopped in on a Monday morning. several locals seemed to all know each other gave the place a good vibe.
food order was accurate and tasty. service was excellent. received everything as detailed when ordered.
only slight issue with the “free pie on Monday” promotion which apparently doesn’t begin until 11:00am on Mondays 🙁

I like their food, it’s very good. Perkins doesn’t major in low cal meals, so if you’re dieting, restraint is necessary. But the service is courteous and the food is good. They do not usually leave you waiting for your food for too long.

Our food order came out wrong. The waitress was busy. My daughter’s pancakes were burned on 1 side and just seared on the other, also missing a nice piece of pancake on the bottom. Not my best meal at Perkins.

I went to Perkins for carbs and I got exactly what I expected. However, I need to mention my server, Jeff F. I came in on a Saturday morning with 15 month old. I’m pregnant so I just start naming things off to Jeff that I want and he’s nodding while saying “of course” and “absolutely we can do that”. That pleased me, my toddler, and the bump. Jeff suggested I do the Build a Breakfast because it would be the most economical way of getting everything I’m asking for (and then some). This is very considerate and shows knowledge of the menu. I appreciated this very much. He could see my toddler was getting fussy so he brought out my pancakes as they were ready so I could distract her. He stopped by JUST as I was thinking I needed him every time (refill, napkins…) and was overall just very accommodating and nice. Jeff cares about his job and sounds like everyone appreciates him there. It’s unfortunate for Savage they only get him twice a week, but it’s fortunate for other location that he’s full time.

We frequently come to this Perkins and the service and food has continued to slip. I am a general manager of a restaurant and I get what it takes and it’s not easy work but the staff is not being trained or lead in anyway. I am sitting here right now, been done eating for 14 minutes and I haven’t seen our server since he dropped the food off. Managers are visible but not doing anything to help the staff. We continue to come because it is super close to the house and the kids like it but I am fed up at this point.
