Service was fast and very good but the food itself fell very short, pretty much all was undercooked. Asked for eggs over medium and they were maybe over easy, very runny. Sausage links only cooked on one side, near raw, white on the other. Asked for crispy hadhbrowns, when she brought them out our server asked if we wanted her to bring them back to be cooked some more.

Most places restaurants try to hide their complacencies, Perkins doesn’t even try anymore. Literally warmed the mozzarella sticks in the microwave with a plastic cup of sauce. Probably get cancer from the melted plastic…

Horrible service and the food was cold. Hashbrowns were burnt and the eggs were runny instead of over-hard. Service was scarse and we barely touched our food and were offered a big 10 percent off.

Large group, no reservations, but seated right away. Our server was excellent. But the food had a hard time coming up.
I’m just not a fan of Perkins. It’s not the staff that’s the issue, they’re great. I would rather eat at a diner. I don’t see the value for the price paid.

Went on a Saturday morning and the place wasn’t very crowded. That was a nice surprise. There is a quiet carpeted area that can be used for a small gathering. We were seated in that carpeted area with our 2 year old daughter. We had breakfast and our orders were accurately made. The food was yummy. That pineapple muffin was good and was a hit with our daughter. Good service and reasonable prices. Thanks.

Got wrong food, was corrected after a wait minus a couple ingredients. But charged higher price of wrong order. Again, corrected but gave a credit. We had a large group so I said it would have been good if we would have had been given 2 waitresses. I was told if they had know we would have a large group, they would have scheduled more help. So…4 tables vs 1 big table- 1 big table would have rated 2 wait staff, 4 tables can be managed with one. Not sure the thought process on this.

I forgot my coupon for 5.00 off $30.00 dollars or more and the manager wouldn’t even help out by saying oh I have a extra coupon or since you know about coupon I will discount for you. So that was disappointing, I brought my whole meal home as I only ate a little and then never finished it there it out. I had two other people with whom I paid for and the one disappointed the other was ok. Just our situation not saying other than what our experience was. Thank you
