Rolland was our waiter. He was exceptional! He filled our beverage glasses the minute they were empty, was vey attentive, polite and professional. He is the best waiter we have ever had. He made the dinning experience completely worth it!

The meat in my skillet was burned. The normally delicious pancakes were sadly also burned. I couldn’t eat all of my order, due to the flavor. Our server was good tho and talked to the manager; we were given a 20% discount.

Had lunch in Perkins in Grand Island while in town for pictures of the Sandhill cranes. Perkins is a coffee shop chain and usually good, dependable and clean. This one was all of these. We had a sandwich , coffee and pie. All were good. Service was also good and staff was friendly. All in all – a good meal.

The service was fantastic, and my waitress, Jackie, was very knowledgeable about the menu and always had a smile on her face as she was tending to her tables. My food was made and brought to my table in less than 10 minutes…everything looked, and tasted, great! The Egg’s Benedict had avocado in it, YUMMY! I’ll definitely come back!

We had a group of 8 of us so they put us in the party room. It was nice to have space to socialize together. Really appreciated them doing that. The service and food were excellent.

Came in for a bowl of soup and this was what was given to me. It was 1/4 full and the saddest portion of food I’ve ever been given. I asked the waitress if this was normal and she said sadly it is.

Great pancakes!! But that’s not all. Perkins makes breakfast all day a necessity by proving that it can be what is expected. I enjoy breakfast and that is what I expect when I walk in the door…breakfast!! Two eggs over easy , two pieces of bacon, hash browns, two sausage, and of course, a side of two buttermilk pancakes. “No”, I say, just one cake will suffice “. “ I’m sorry “, the young (or old, or in between) waitress says, “They come in twos”. She grabs the menu and goes rapidly on her way. And they should, pancakes belong in Perkins and in twos.
