Great place to sit and eat. I love how the portions are always filling and the breakfast food is always hot and fresh! Waiters can be a spot on or just there to do the job, and there is nothing wrong with that I guess. No rude people serving and they always seem to be in good spirits. I noticed their perkins member tablet does not always text you back the code… might be an issue with the online server or tablet itself. Clean spot for the most part and managment has been extremely friendly as we do come in often. They don’t have many Perkins restaurants left. This location shows why it has stood the test of time. Thanks for keeping it open I the later hours. 6am-11pm is great for late night eats!

We came in this morning for breakfast and were greeted with smiles and got seated right away. The restaurant was clean and everyone is so friendly. I have to take my hat off to the manager, Byron, for running such an excellent establishment. The food is always hot and fresh, and the service is always impeccable! We always come back to this location for the great job they do making us feel welcome and taken care of.

We always make sure to come to this specific location because the staff here are top notch. Byron the manager is AMAZING, and our server Margaret is the best in the business! We always ask for her and never leave disappointed. The food has always been hot, cooked perfectly, and served promptly. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!

Food was amazing, me and my partner arrived and got seated quickly but our server was not in a working mood. I’m not sure if it was because we were Hispanic but she consistently ignored us although she would come up to other guests around us and ask how things were and if they wanted refills. I won’t be coming back to this place, I never once got a refill even after asking. She took 15 minutes after we finished eating to get the bill, claiming that she needed to fix the printer. Great food but clearly some of the workers here can’t accept people that are different than them to be served.

Shout out to Margaret our server. She was so sweet in her demeanor, nothing fake. So happy to serve my husband and I, and we never felt rushed even though she looked busy to me. We need more people like Margaret!

As with all Perkins, this one seems to be on the downswing when it comes to staffing, customers & food. While the staff on hand were very friendly and trying their best, there just weren’t enough of them. However, upon scanning the place there were probably only 5 other people in it. Their food portions have gone down a bit, BUT it all still tastes the same and was ready fairly quickly. It’s still a great place to go and relax and eat while having coffee etc, but it just doesn’t have the same feel anymore. If that makes sense. A HUGE SWING IN THEIR FACOR WOULD BE IF THEY BROUGHT BREAD BOWL CHILI BACK!! That alone would get them 5 stars across the board!

I have to start by saying that this Perkins specifically was a staple of my stint while I lived in Minnesota and I have been well traveled since so I wanted to go and make sure I liked it as much as I remember. First thing is the place has not changed a bit from when I was going to high school, the decor is that of a typical sit down and eat diner/restaurant, plenty of seating for parties of all sizes.
Service was good, when I walked in I immediately grabbed a menu to look what I was going to eat and after the fact it did take a little time for someone to come to the front to take my order but it wasn’t enough to complain about. After the cashier took my order I waited about 10-15 minutes and I was out of there with my food.
The food was decent, I had a pot roast sandwich with fruit and a peanut butter pie for dessert, the pie here is the main attraction so maybe it was me anticipating it that made the sandwich not so appealing. Not that it tasted bad, but when I eat and don’t remember how it was that says something. That pie however……absolutely amazing and I will continue to come here whenever I am in town. Sidenote they have specials late night with half off appetizers and pies and a few more items so definitely check that out.

I adore coming to Perkins it’s my comfort food on a plate. The prices are affordable about $20 a person. The food is fast and you earn rewards and can order online or through DoorDash. 10/10 recommend.

Ordered the meatloaf. Food wasn’t hot at all. It was part room temperature and part cold. Portion size seemed small. The “homemade” mashed potatoes definitely tasted like instant. Consistently understaffed.

I went here when it has been 3 years since I’ve last been. I loved this place then, but now it’s since downgraded. I got hash browns, eggs and toast. The toast was burned black. Scrambled eggs were fine, same with hash browns. My grandma got a waffle, it wasn’t bad but could be better. My other grandma got biscuits and gravy with mashed potatoes. She said it wasn’t very good. I got the minute maid pink lemonade. It was good! My other grandma got coffee, again it was fine. Probably won’t come in a year or two again, but worth a shot to try 🙂 I understand they are low staffed and trying so I’m not trying to bash them. Good effort though!
