Ordered online only to get snubbed by the cook and management! We ordered 2 burger, fries and pie combos. Only to receive 1 order of fries, random bacon, none of our paid substitutions, and management said they couldn’t issue refunds. Mind you, we ordered through their website and no delivery service apps. So if their own software can’t issue refunds, then don’t expect to get one when they royally mess up. Too disappointed and angry to bother with them again.

This is our favorite Perkins location and has been for years. Consistently friendly service – shout out to Emily the BEST server!! It’s extra fun when she is working. Great food – breakfast lunch and dinner. Wonderful bakery items – fantastic pie! Convenient location with easy parking.

A friend and I visited this Perkins in Golden Valley since we’re now 56 and had never ordered off the 55+ menu.
I ordered the chicken fried steak off the 55+ menu, which includes two sides. Had the fruit cup and buttered corn. Chicken fried steak was great. All the fruit except the few grapes tasted good, and the corn was spot on.
We also grew up a mile from this location, so it was fun to visit.

Haven’t been to a Perkins in years. I liked that they had some low cost breakfast options. The hostess was stressed. The wait staff was nice but it was very busy. We had got our food then had to wait for silverware and then salt and pepper. The food was ok. The pancakes were tough on the bottom, I think they had been sitting for a while.

My family has been going to the Perkins restaurant in Golden Valley for the last 8+ years. On our first visit, Denise welcomed us and made us feel at home. She is our favorite server and we look forward to seeing her every week. If she is not working when we stop in, we go elsewhere.

I only go to the Golden Valley, MN location. Denise is the best server I have ever had. I only eat there if she is available. I have been coming to Perkins for over eight years because of her service. She has taken the time to learn my name and what I order.
