I enjoyed lunch here a couple of weeks ago. Vickie, my server was amazing! I ordered the Salmon with the teriyaki glaze. They put the glaze on the side which I am glad they did. I took a few bites without it and it was sooooo good. Perfectly cooked and the flavor was delicious! This is going to be a regular lunch out for me with my new job in Elk River. Yum! Oh and she even filled up a Diet Coke to go! That was awesome! Thank you for the good food, great service and extra drink.

We had a mobile pick up order for their Burger, Fries, and Pies deal which was a great value. However, holy onions and tomatoes! These were largely sliced pieces, great gif someone who may like them but my oh my, I felt as if I had a BLT vs a cheeseburger. Both peanut butter dill and the Carmel apple pies were delicious . I hope they keep this deal going which is such an amazing deal under $30 for party of two, you can’t get that at a fast food! I highly recommend Perkins and their staff were super friendly.

If I could give the Elk River Perkins negative stars I would. Tonight I walked in and the server who saw me come in went into the kitchen and did not return. The server who did “greet” me was incredibly rude. She said “how can I help you”. I said a table for one to have food. She turned and walked away with menus. I assumed I was supposed to follow her. She slapped the menus down on a sticky table and asked if I would like something to drink. I said hot tea and she grunted “we are out of hot tea”. So I said hot chocolate. She dropped my beverage at the table with not a single word and then she disappeared into the kitchen. I waited a while and decided that I didn’t appreciate how I was being treated, so I left cash on the table and left. The two people I saw working were women. One was younger with long, brown hair and the other had short, dark hair and missing teeth. My experience happened on 1/29/26 at 8:00 p.m.
I recommend that the staff at this location get additional(?) training on how to treat the guests that come through the door. I used to give Service that Sells training, perhaps I could help your store. So. Incredibly. Rude.

Sophie(Sophia?) was amazing, food was really good! 9.99 for a big burger, fries and pie is quite reasonable. Too bad the strawberry pie isn’t part of the deal, but that’s okay, banana was very good too. We took the berry to go because it was so much food.

I have been to Perkins all over the country, and while the menu is always the same what makes a difference is the staff, and our waitress, Carrie, made this Perkins our favorite! Carrie completely lifted our spirits and made our night. Fast, courteous, joyful service. Just an awesome experience! 100/10 recommend.

Great atmosphere. Very welcoming. Our order took a little while to come out because they were under staffed but our server was very informative. She communicated these issues while working so many tables to herself. She had very good customer service and was apologetic for the delay as we had 3 young children with us. The food was well worth the wait. They did mix up a few things on our plates but with the help of the server we figured things out.

I stopped into Perkins yesterday and had a great experience. The general manager was fun, attentive, and outgoing — he really added to the positive atmosphere. The restaurant was very clean and well-kept, and the overall vibe was welcoming with just a short wait time. To mention our server she had great energy and was very attentive. I will be coming back.

The food was overpriced with small servings, we had to wait quite a while to even get pop, the food took a long time to come out and was small portions, and the bacon was pretty close to raw. Asked them to remake the bacon and it never showed up. I had to retrieve our check from up front. Manager did reduce the bill but will never go back to Perkins again.

This used to be my go-to for breakfast for the last 12 years. It always was good food, good service, generally a nice place. I’m not sure what happened but after breakfast today I will not be going back.
For the price you are better off going anywhere else.
For reference, I ordered country fried steak, my kids got the ham omlet flip and the strawberry cheese cake pancake flip.
My steak looked like it was sitting out for a bit under a heat lamp or something. My hashbrowns were extra crispy like I asked, but the cheese was melted on them in a microwave. My eggs tasted stale.
My kids strawberry cheesecake flip was a folded pancake with what looked like a half tablespoon of the cheesecake sauce. Nothing resembling the pictures, or even close. The eggs were supposed to have cheese melted in, instead they got eggs with cold cheddar cheese shreds on top. I asked to have the cheese melted in and they were promptly microwaved and brought back out.
After that I didn’t bother mentioning anything else as I know it would have been met with the same lack of concern.
The ham flip was the only thing that was remotely done right.
Regardless, I wont be coming back. There is no sense in spending that kind of money on such poor quality food.
Also, I’m not sure what’s up with the bathroom, but it is in need of some TLC.
The wait staff are good people, don’t get me wrong. It just seems like the focus on quality has disappeared.
