The poor waitress was dealing with a lot of pressure and rude customers. Our original waitress had a nervous breakdown, but she was doing a wonderful job. The 2nd waitress, Jackie, was PHENOMENAL! Hats off to the ladies up there for keeping up with busy Sunday traffic and providing fast and friendly service!

We went there this wknd and this was our final time going to Perkins. We gave it another shot but still disappointed. The entrance has no character anymore. Very very cold and un-inviting. They had a space heater to heat the dining room. We sat with our jackets on while we ate because it was too cold in there. The food is getting worse. Perkins used to be a warm, good place to eat. Now it is cold, sterile and the food is mediocre. The place looks like it’s been forgotten about and whoever owns it doesn’t take pride. The bathrooms are horrible. The pie coolers in front are bare and dirty. They used to be filled and clean. Made you want to get a piece of pie and now I wouldn’t trust anything from the cooler in front. Where do the warmth of Perkins go? The owner needs to go and clean carpets, get rugs, bring back the candy and sticker machines and take some pride in the business you own and clean up the place to make it inviting again. Very disappointing.

Death is one of those things you can’t avoid. But when it’s present, you can always count on Perkins to be there when you need it most. Most of us were disgruntled with the location, while others arrived more than 45 mins late—Whatever your situation is…Perkins was there to seat us. I love everyone in this photo. Went out to eat on December 14, 2025 as a group. Called to reserve a table for a group of 7. When we arrived and were seated, the restaurant itself was very cold. We saw the thermostat on the wall was reading 58 degrees. There were two spaces heaters that could be seen in the dinning area. There were no signs on the door to warn of any issues with heating and when I called to reserve the table, no mention of any heating issues. We only stayed as it was a group of us eating. This reminds me why I do not visit very often to eat.

Food was ok, but my eggs were under cooked. Sausage links were only cooked on one side. All three of us had to go to the bathroom immediately after eating, not a good sign. Bathroom (toilet) was dirty, and I had limited time to clean it. We then had to wait a long time at the cash register for someone to check us out. In fact another patron had to get a waitress who was weighing on tables to check us out. 11-18-25 at about 9:30 to 10:30 A.M.

Staff weren’t rude, but weren’t kind, either. Everyone felt rushed even though it wasn’t a particularly busy time. Food was good, but there wasn’t very much on your plate for the price. Establishment was clean but tables were closely spaced which made it difficult to maneuver between tables when adults (particularly large and/or tall ones) were seated behind each other

My experience with this location is dry much hit or miss. On one occasion, I went in to buy some muffins and the manager who helped me couldn’t have been more personable and professional. On another occasion, and this is most often the case, I have to wait to be seated, even when they’re not busy. Then, getting your food takes longer than expected and I suspect it’s due to staffing shortages. The food is always good and the only drawback is the wait so plan accordingly.

What a joke.. Was really feeling breakfast. Was seated quickly as there was one other party that was finishing up. Sat down with the wife ordered coffee and water with a late night bite sampler. Waited over 20 minutes for the sampler. We had our menus out talking about which breakfast plates we wanted. There was no help. We were ignored to where I had to ask for a box and receipt. Over 45 minutes ignored. Waitress name was Vanessa and some old lady waitress as well
