Waiting over 40 minutes in the waiting area after being told we would be seated next and two groups before us came in and got seated right away. Found a actual baggie of some white substance outside just laying on the ground by the enterence while kids walked passed. Service and food took over a hour to be brought back and there wasn’t many people there. Food was good non the less but the atmosphere of the place was not great.

Came to Perkins after running around Sioux City with my husband, our son and my dad. We were seated quickly and we met our sever shortly after. Brooklyn was so friendly and helpful! She truly was the light of our afternoon. Overall our visit was wonderful and we look forward to our next Perkins experience. Thank you Brooklyn for being an excellent server!

Nice family atmosphere! Restaurant was very clean. It took about 10 minutes to get waited on(even though it was just me dining) and the restaurant wasn’t even busy..however, my server Nancy was great! She was very attentive and kept checking on me. Good menu and dessert options!

Stopped by for a delicious brunch! Our server Kara was one of, if not the best server i have ever had. She was incredibly patient and warm. We enjoyed a new cold brew iced coffee, and took home a warm caramel apple pie! Can’t wait to come back:)

Worst experience ever!! If you see this review, this is your WARNING. Went here for dinner, ordered the Hibachi grilled shrimp and received chicken only. I brought it to the servers attention and she claimed it comes as chicken only and if you want shrimp then it will be extra charge. I grabbed a menu and showed her the exact picture (hibachi shrimp) that I initially pointed to upon ordering. She said “oh shoot you did order that huh? that was my bad”. She talked to her manager and I was told that if I wanted the shrimp, I would have to pay for a whole other meal of Hibachi Shrimp and still had to pay for the hibachi Chicken (that I didn’t order!!!). I told the server, technically that wasn’t my mistake and I shouldn’t have to pay for 2 meals, I just wanted the meal I ordered! Server talked to manager and they agreed to “remake” it fresh. HERES THE PROBLEM: They claimed they remade the meal but please tell me why I was still able to see the chicken pieces in it!! This is absolutely ridiculous! THEY TOOK THE MEAL, TOOK OUT AS MICH CHICKEN AS THEY COULD AND THREW THE SHRIMP ON TOP TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE THEY REMADE IT, NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Probably the worst food delivery experience I have ever had. I am a retired senior citizen and I ordered through their website. Immediately upon ordering I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. I asked him to please adjust the order to reflect all all sausage and no bacon for a breakfast that included three pieces of each normally. He said he would do that no problem. He didn’t. I got bacon that I didn’t want, and everything that arrived was either lukewarm or ice cold. I got a text that said that they thought that my address was difficult to find. I live in a homeless shelter that is Christian based. It is in the middle of the block and the building takes up the entire block. Only a blind man could not find this. It took over an hour from the time I ordered until the time my cold food came. This is absolutely the last time I will ever order from Perkins unless they make this right. That entire meal should be comped. I spent 30 years in the restaurant business, and I would have been mortified to have treated a customer this poorly. The only reason I gave them one star for several of the ratings is that I couldn’t go any lower.

The service was Great, the server needs a raise, food was meh at best sausage slime bacon undercooked eggs good and pancakes too, French toast horrible i wish they had sweet tea but the coke was good. Move the waitress to a better store with a pay increase, she was fast polite well great
