I was very excited to find a Perkins during my stay in Erie. Berlinda seen that i was waiting to be sat and immediately came over. She took my drink order and gave me plenty of time to look over the menu. The Eggs Benedict was amazing! The eggs cooked just right ! Thank you for making my visit to this location perfect.

Alyssa was a very nice lady. I got the Breakfast Burger and Mac n cheese and they were both very good! There was only one chef today so compliments to the Chef! I can’t believe y’all have Peace Tea on the menu, I love that drink! Thank you for the amazing service Perkins!

The cashier came over to seat us. No greeting, no smile. She went to find us a booth. She came back and threw our silverware down on top of the counter and said she had to clean a table. Someone else (very pleasant) seated us. I asked for different silverware. Our server was excellent and so was the food. I used the restroom before leaving. There was no toilet paper or paper towels (thank goodness for the tissues in my bag). The same worker was at the cashier counter. I walked up to tell her there were no toilet paper or paper towels in the restroom (with my hands dripping wet) to which she replied “ Yeah, I’m getting to it” with a not so nice look or tone. Hopefully she finds a job she is good at and enjoys.

The food was okay. Everything was just okay. Some items on the menu we were told weren’t available when we were seated and began to order. That was a disappointment. The waitress wasn’t attentive even though the restaurant wasn’t busy that day. And the food took longer than usual to come out. I’m pretty sure we waited over 30 minutes. Maybe they were short staffed. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this spot. Don’t think I’ll be going back. But as I always like to say, give it a try and decide for yourself.

We went for a late breakfast. It was right around the Church rush so they were really busy. I have food allergies and my order is usually a bit complicated. I was worried that our food would take a long time or come out wrong. Our waitress was so nice. Our food came out so fast and everything was perfect! We were so impressed with the speed and quality of our food. We definitely will be going back.

I’ve been to multiple Perkins restaurants across Pennsylvania and surrounding states but this one was very disappointing! Although the staff was very friendly the food was deceiving, my parents both ordered a skillet dish and they said it wasn’t even hot and it tasted like cafeteria food, my sister ordered the country fried steak and she said it was tough and tasteless, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it was the driest beef patty I have ever had and it was burnt a little, the only thing that was good there our trip there was the cookies and the other desserts! I know Perkins is a great establishment and almost always has great food but this location let me down, do not plan on going again next time in Erie. (Went in August 2022)
