Had a really lovely experience here. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service truly stood out in the best way. Our waitress Tara was attentive, friendly, and clearly takes pride in what she does. She made sure everything was just right without hovering, checked in at perfect moments, and brought such a pleasant energy to our table. Tara was a wonderful and attentive server. She was not pushy and did ensure we had everything we needed. She will receive over the 20% tip. We are restaurant owners so we are highly critical when we eat elsewhere. Great experience and the cook served the best crispy bacon. I generally find it is undercooked or burnt. Today it was perfect!
Strawberry crisper were phenomenal as well.

I hadn’t been to a Perkins in years as they aren’t in the area where I live. I stopped into this one on a road trip. My expectations for the food was very low. I ordered the chicken fried steak with green beans and corn and was really surprised at how tasty it was. Exceeded expectations. But the real treat was the waitress who was apologetic for not tending to us as she would have liked. She was a sweetheart to us and sent us on the road with a pair of muffins. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Food overall was decent. The two people I went with were there at least 20, maybe even 30 minutes before me and were not approached by any employee to be seated until probably 5 minutes after I then arrived. The place was shockingly EMPTY. Maybe 2-4 other small tables of people. When we were seated at a booth very close to the front door, we immediately noticed that there was a lot of cold air blowing down on us, so we asked our waiter and they said there wasnt much that could be done, noting issues with their heating. Mind you, this was on Jan 29th, during the ridiculously cold temps we’ve been having over the last week or so (-15-20°). Asked for crispy bacon, but what I got I would never consider anything close to crispy. With how slow they were, they could benefit from better cleaning the seating areas – in the seats of the booth, floor, etc. I’m not expecting perfection, but it was pretty crusty/gross.
On a positive note, out waiter was probably the best part. I believe their name was Reese. Polite, personable, and patient while trying to help me figure out how to order what I wanted.

Tara was a wonderful waitress! She was very kind and helpful. She was attentive to us and got us refills before we even asked for them. She brought us everything in timely manner. I 100% recommend her to anyone that comes to eat! We will come back again because of her!

I had Thanksgiving dinner with friends. Our server, Tara, was great. She was prompt, efficient, and nice. She was knowledge about the menu. She checked on us often, but not too often.
The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean. I was impressed she remembered my friends from a previous visit.

Our waitress, Tara, was very courteous. When passing, quick “your food will be out shortly” would have been fine with me, but all customers are different. We went with the special and cost was good for the amount of food. The eggs could have been done a bit more. The atmosphere was quiet as we came for a late breakfast. The music was 80’s and we were ok with that.
