We went to Perked Up to try the Breakfast And Coffee! Everything was good except it was a little pricey and a Lady working there! We were meeting several other people there and the Lady was very rude and just not Friendly at all! When you’re working in a coffee shop(I’d be so HAPPY) and dealing with the public your customers are important, there was a guy and a few girls working and they were very nice and friendly! We probably won’t go back!

Anytime I come to visit, I will come here. But lately the last few times, the girls working just haven’t been friendly. Didn’t help that I got a hot coffee with a cup that was dented so when I went to drink it, it’s spilled all over me, so that was cool. The people working need more days off or a higher pay, maybe that will make them come off more nicer and with a smile.

I absolutely loved this place. It’s a cute little cafe in the town which has the best croissant with eggs and smoothies. The staff were nice and the interior was very interesting. When we walked in nobody was there and they were following covid precautions.

I have been coming to perked up for years, and have never been disappointed. The coffee is good and I always try something new, the food is delicious, but it’s the people that make it special. I was recently in another cafe, and it made me realize what a gem Perked Up is. The baristas are always friendly, greet you with a smile, and make you feel special.

Had a sausage egg and cheese bagel that was $6. Bagel came out piping hot and then I realized why, it was microwaved rather than toasted for some reason. After I let the bagels cool down a bit I began to eat it and it was chewy due to being microwaved. I would personally cook the egg and sausage and then put it on the bagel so the bagel was not chewy and hard to bite in at the end.

Very friendly staff and exceptional service. Coffee is of course top tier, but the food is on the same level! Not many places left around here that have an “out of this area” kind of feel. If you’re a morning coffee person I highly recommend.

Very pleasant little coffee shop in downtown Charleroi conveniently located across the street from a large parking lot. The interior was cozy, the staff friendly and attentive. I got the impression it’s family owned and operated from the presence of the pleasantly disposed infant held by the person who greeted me. Free WiFi and a pretty good soundtrack playing at just he right volume. The coffee was good and only about $2. I will definitely be stopping by again. Highly recommend.
