We had the whole family over for our 5 year olds bday party. It happened to fall on the same day as a Bills playoff game. I thought it was a good idea to order ahead, but I ordered for the wrong week… when our pizza didn’t show up on time we called. They pushed our order through immediately(even tho it was my mistake). So on their busiest day of the season they went well beyond my expectations to keep our party fed. Oh, and the pizza was delicious.

Always had great food from them until August 30th, when I was given a pizza with multiple hairs baked into the cheese, and overcooked french fries. I was promised my money back and a meal on them, but still have not received anything, and the manager that I talked to was angry that I was complaining about the food. I ended up ordering my family dinner from TK’s, which never disappoints. I will never be ordering from Perinton Pizza Emporium ever again, we don’t like hairy, overcooked food, or rude workers.

This is my absolute favorite Pizza Emporium in the entire state of New York. They have absolutely everything! From fresh baked cookies to ‘trash plates’ pizza and the sauciest wings you can find in Fairport. I no longer live in New York but every time I come home, I try and make this my first stop after getting off the plane. The place is and has been completely family owned and operated since they started. They are a truly caring establishment. They genuinely care about the customers and employees. The trash plates always have amazing not too spicy, perfectly balanced with flavor hot sauce, and the mac salad is always prepared fresh. The crush on all of their pizza is a perfect combination of just fluffy enough and stiff enough to get a good grip on. Home fries are always perfectly crisply edged on the outside and soft on the inside. Inside the restaurant is very clean and welcoming. The parking lot outside is shared but I have never had a problem with parking when picking up. The delivery drivers are family too and most if not all of them live within their operating area and are always very friendly. They also have a large stock of drinks that are available for purchase with your meals inside. Ordering over the phone has always been a breeze and they have never gotten my order wrong through years of going there. I look forward to coming back again and having more of this amazing food.

I work nearby so I only come for slices at lunch. The location is hard to spot from the road so you have to know it’s there. That said, they are by far my favorite slices in Rochester. Slightly zesty sauce, crust is always crispy with a nice chew, good pepperoni and sausage, and a satisfying portion size. It always hits the spot and with $2 slice Tuesdays it’s a can’t miss!

1st time. Pick up order. Place is cute with its checkered tables. Heard a lot about this place from co worker’s and it did NOT disappoint. The pizza was so good. The crust was very good. The sauce had a slightly sweet taste which I loved. Toppings were plentiful. Wings were meaty and cooked perfectly. Steak sub was delicious. Roll super fresh. You can tell they put a lot of love into their cooking especially with seasonings. Definitely NOT your average pizza place. This will be our new favorite. Customer service was great too. Don’t hesitate to come to this establishment. You’ll find out what you’ve been missing!

So I hadn’t ordered from Perinton Pizza in a while. I love their Landfill pizza, wraps and plates so I decided to order tonight. I got a pepperoni pizza and a personal landfill pizza for the family.
Crust was burnt. I can work around that. However, they left the sauce off of the Landfill pizza. That’s what makes the pizza a Landfill and not just a bunch of random food on dough. We called them and literally did not care. No offer to make it right. Just ♀️.
I will continue ordering from Mac’s like I have been doing. Perinton puts on a great face on FB but can’t follow through on customer service. Mac’s never disappoints with any aspect of service.

We only do take out. Everytime we order, the staff has been very helpful and friendly. In my opinion they have the best pizza in the perinton/Fairport area. Perfect Crust, delicious and flavorful sauce and great topping selections. They bake the pizzas and calzones just long enough to have a great crunch without burning. They serve later than other pizza places so they can accommodate people who eat late. Their social media is also fun to follow.

We’ve been customers of Perinton Pizza for years and my daughter requested they cater her graduation party. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. Top notch customer service from start to finish with absolutely amazing food everyone was asking who catered! Love our standby pizza, but if you need catering, this is the place to go! Unfortunately, too busy to get pictures, but we had arancini, artichoke French, penne marinara, chicken parm, fruit salad and chicken broccoli alfredo and they were all hits!! Thank you to Kevin and all of the staff for such an easy and seamless experience to cater our party!!
