I need to preface this 2 Star review by saying this. I think their food is 4/5 Stars, service is 4/5 stars, and atmosphere is mid at 3/5 stars.
My complaint about the food is the lack of overall consistency in quality and taste. The chicken – sometimes it’s juicy, flavorful 10/10. Sometimes it’s dry and bland 1/10.
Burgers are consistently good 7-8/10.
Service is mid. Sometimes they’re friendly and helpful and service is fast. Sometimes they act annoyed when a customer comes in and orders food, or if a group comes and sits and orders food, or if kids are dining inside. Sometimes they’re firing on all cylinders and the service is a 10/10.
Atmosphere is always mid. Tables are 50% of the time sticky and dirty. Floors are 50% of the time sticky and dirty. At least 3x I have come here around 9pm and the place smells like an old dirty mop.
I mostly come for the burgers now. They are consistently pretty good. I recommend the burgers for sure.
My biggest complaint is something new I noticed. I attached a picture to this review that shows the receipt, and a 4.99% service charge. They do not post anything about this service charge online, in the store, by the register, or anywhere easily within sight of the customer. I only noticed it after looking at the receipt.
At the bottom of the receipt it says the following:
4.99% Service Charge Included
For parties of 0 or larger, a 4.99% gratuity is applied automatically. If you have any questions please speak to a manager.
On my transaction it was only $0.75.
So if you’re reading this you might be thinking ‘it’s only 75 cents, what’s the big deal?’
But why am I being charged a 4.99%/$0.75 service fee for an automatic gratuity when I’m just picking up food? Why is this not posted in an area in the restaurant where a customer can see it and be notified?

I came for dinner with family after quite some time and noticed great improvements than before. Upon inquiry, I was told that management got changed. This explains the improved service and great quality of food. We ordered Peri Peri chicken and sandwiches.

I have not been to this restaurant in over a year, and sadly, this place has changed for the worse since the last time I was here. I walked in and the employee was sitting down at a booth that they have blocked off for employees. I didn’t know that clocking in meant sitting down on your laptop in a seat meant for customers. The food took forever. 30 minutes for 2 burritos. Not fun after fasting all day. They seemed confused about what they were doing and the restaurant was not very clean. Also, it’s March. Why is there a Christmas tree at the entrance? I assume if they have time to sit on a laptop, then they have time to tidy up. Will not be coming back ever and I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The service was FABULOUS!!!! We were the only ones there and the lady at the register was very nice and helpful. Some of the areas could use a little cleaning but the food was fabulous!!! We didn’t know the rice was gonna be Spicer than we’ve had but it was still great.

Best Halal food place, I recently tried the Golden Crunch Crispy Chicken Sandwich and was thoroughly impressed. The sandwich features a delicious double patty, offering great value at just $6.99. Beyond the fantastic taste and affordability, I was equally pleased with the service. Sai and Mushu, two exceptional employees, provided excellent customer care with their friendly and helpful attitudes. Their professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable.

It’s one of our fav Halal Food spot in DMVs, they serve Portuguese Halal. We have dined-in a couple of times at their Herndon location and it’s our fav online-order spot as well. Their food is amazing, we’ve tried a lot of items from their menu till date. To our happiness, they keep on introducing new sandwiches time-to-time to their menu.
We have tried: Chicken Strips Rice, Peri-Peri Wings, Shrimp Tacos, Chicken Tacos, Peri Peri burrito, Onion Rings, Garlic Bread, Oreo Milkshake, Crispy Chicken Sandwich.
They offer 5 level of sauces to choose according to your heat level. We love their hot and extra hot sauces! The food we got always has been perfectly rubbed & seasoned. Their food is always fresh and delicious.
Their staff is great and their service is quick. Def a Must try!!

I ordered delivery from this restaurant, and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The chicken had an odd taste, lacking in seasoning, which was disappointing. The rice seemed old and reheated, making it dry and far from appetizing. Additionally, the drink arrived without a safety seal, which felt like a lapse in care for a delivery order. The lava cake was also not as expected, more of a sponge cake with chocolate syrup rather than a true molten lava cake… I won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered my food for pick up at 6:48pm got there at 7:48pm. Food had not even been cooked. There was one person no orders, no customers. I Asked him how long will my food take he said 7mins he about to make it. I walked in the worker was eating snacks chilling on the phone. Asked for a refund it’s a day later and I still have not got my refund. They’re food is mostly frozen my order was 47.20 if I don’t receive my money back I will be calling the police.

Worth the 1 hour & 10 minute drive….as long as my Hubbae was satisfied, I’m satisfied. It was so much food, that we had to take it home. I really recommend the onion rings.
