The food was absolutely amazing. I love this restaurant. It’s my favorite one in town! Last night, I ordered their Seabass, and it was absolutely amazing. Every bite was an experience Filled with so much flavor! My husband loved the steak, he said it was perfection ! Always will be coming back to this place! Luna, the owner is amazing and always so sweet to us, Our waitress is always so kind and polite!
(Another favorite of ours is the sea food special, never had anything we didn’t like here)

This place has some GREAT house-made pasta. The spinach salad was really good also, and the soup that came with my main dish was delicious. They also have really good Italian beer. I highly recommend the Menabrea Amber Ale. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I’d love to go back when im in the area again.

Went there for dinner for the first time and all I can say is Yum, Yum, Yum! I’ve traveled all over the United States and all I can say is the food is fabulous. I recommend their cauliflower soup over a salad any day of the week. It feels like home when you have dinner there. The staff comes out and talks to you at your table and the service is incredible. It’s the diamond in Tehachapi=. Don’t miss out and go there for dinner. You won’t regret it!

The food seemed like it was microwaved from frozen.
I ordered the pesto chicken pasta and it was very watery, like it had been frozen and then microwaved to heat it up. The noodles were very gummy and the chicken was rubbery.
My companion’s food also seemed like it had been microwaved from frozen.
The flavor was good, but I expect that was due to the dishes being very salty.
The garlic bread was tasty.

This was a delightful surprise, as we stopped only because of unexpected snow. Everything we had was housemade: the Italian dressing (FAB), the lovely goat cheese bruschetta, fantastic tomato sauce on the veal parm, a delicious veal marsala (not too sweet), and an unusual, but decadent pistachio cannoli. Well worth the minutes off the highway. Lovely service, too.

The food here is excellent! The pasta is home-made and it is delicious. I order the meat lasagna The first time I came here and loved it. Fresh and great flavor. I’ve been back 2 more times in a month. All 3 meals have been hot, fresh, and delicious. Owner is very friendly.

Vibe is so important! Perfetto’s Italian Bistro above all had true hospitality, kindness and the welcoming spirit. The chef actually came to my table we spoke for a moment about the fresh homemade pasta and the dash of clam she adds to one of her dishes for that truly unique flavor. The lentil noodle soup you’ll see in the photo attached was a sensory delight. Seriously considered ordering another bowl being that I may never travel by this way again. The Pasta Primavera entrée was well worth pushing through the gluttony of going for two bowls of soup. Homemade pasta, garden grown veggies sautéed and I light wine sauce had me stuffed to the gills licking the plate it was so delicious Hard to believe I topped it all off with tiramisu, it’s not often you find genuine homemade Italian food crafted with love and passion. That said you can imagine how good the tiramisu was. This restaurant was so laid-back, small town, easy-going, chill – do yourself a favor get off the highway and drop into a meaningful meal at Perfetto’s✨ ⭐️

It was super busy. I suggest calling ahead and seeing if reservations are recommended, the wait was about 30 minutes. Alfredo was delicious, chicken was cooked to perfection. Lamb stew was tender, the potatoes were a bit harder than I like but the flavors were wonderful. The baked rigatoni with meat sauce was hot, and delicious. We also got the baked ravioli, crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside. We will return again. An over good experience for our first time.
