Amazing spot! After Bagel World was too crowded, we were headed to Dunks— but we saw Perfecto’s on the way and thank god we did. SO quick, even with a long line, huge selection of creative bagel and coffee flavors. People were super friendly while also being efficient. I got a French Toast bagel and it smelled and tasted like a piece of French Toast. My partner was very happy with his order too. We ate at the outdoor tables. I noticed on the bag that you can also order ahead via text! There’s also a drivethru at this location. Definitely our new breakfast/ brunch/anytime spot.

I went in on supervised and had to almost purchase all of the muffins in some of the other sweet stuff they had in the case! Every bit of it was awesome! The coffee was perfect. The bagles have to be by far the best on the n.shore.

I ordered a farmers special sandwich and an ice coffee with caramel. The sandwich was good but very overpriced priced when a dunk’s sandwich is half the price. The coffee was terrible I asked for caramel the lady must of put hazel nut or something because this drink tastes fowl. The employees were unfriendly and didn’t seem interested in their job.

Honestly the best quick-service coffee shop in Peabody. Every day they have a wide assortment of different coffee flavors and it is exciting to see what is new. Also a wide variety of bagels & spreads. Ordering online makes it very easy.

I am a frequent flyer of Perfecto’s in Peabody as I work literally 1 minute away. I fell in love with the banana flavor coffees and get them often. I’ve gotten a few sandwiches that are good, the bagels are awesome. It is a tad over priced, but it’s worth it to not go to dunkin. But today.. I ordered the mac and cheese that’s priced just under $5 for a “cup”… I expected a half decent cup of creamy mac and cheese.. what I got was not that. I received a cup of soupy, watery, mushy, cheese flavored “slop”, for all intent and purpose. You could see water on top.. the fact that the employees served this rather than saying “we’re out, do you want something else” is what really gets me.. so go for the banana coffee, DEFINETLY not the mac and cheese.

This place is just in general very poor. I want to be clear that I won’t even purchase coffee here anymore, I literally go next door to dunkin for it. Operations is sad considering their prices. If you’re going to charge $4 and change for a bagel with cream cheese you BETTER get the order right… which occurs close to NEVER at this place. I only use it as a last resort when I want a bagel and don’t want to deal with the Bagel World lines. If your workers cared about getting orders correct like they do their makeup you might have a fighting chance.

This was a great recommendation from a friend, she shared a real gem! The caramel macchiato was very good, and the lox on foccacia bagel was very tasty. Even the tomatoes were delicious. Service was very quick and friendly, and the café is clean and bright.
