Perfecto’s food is so fresh, made from scratch! They make homemade bagels and muffins daily. The best of the best.They put so much love into everything they do! You can tell. Best customer service, great vibes. All in all 10/10

I was blown away by the quality of both angels and muffins, but also the selection! Wow!!! I try cafes everywhere I go. This one is one of my new favs of all time!!! The coffee variety is good (and they have decaf varieties), but the bagels?! Mmmmmm delicious!!! I even got fresh jalapeño cheddar ones out of the oven thanks to the kindness of the employees (they ran out).
My one complaint is the eggs. They’re not whole fried eggs but a scrambled puck of sorts. Not my fav. Everything else though: out of the ballpark!

Placed an online order and waited in the store for about 20 minutes while staff called out other customers’ names. Two signs directed customers to a designated pickup area, but my order was not there.
When I asked about it, the owner located the completed order and repeatedly said it had already been made and that I needed to take it, stating it was my responsibility to ask for it despite the pickup signage and the fact that other orders were being called out.
I requested a refund due to the wait time. The owner raised his voice and said, “SIR YOU’RE NOT GETTING A REFUND.”

I usually go to the place next door for coffee and a bagel, but decided to change it up and try this place today… horrible idea. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, a blueberry muffin, snickerdoodle cookie, and an iced coffee. The plain bagel with cream cheese was actually pretty good, as was the coffee. But then it went downhill fast. I had to SPIT OUT the horrible snickerdoodle cookie. I actually didn’t know a cookie could taste like that. I thought, well the blueberry muffin should be good…sadly I was wrong. I ended up spitting that out as well – it had a very strange/bad taste. I FULLY regret paying $8 for this disgusting stuff. The only redeeming quality is that the staff was friendly, regardless I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

One of my favorite lunch places, Perfectos in Reading. Love their bagel sandwiches and wraps! Today I got the Roma Wrap, tomatoes, mozzarella and spring mix with balsamic dressing. So delicious!! And an iced mocha latte, yummy!

My first time here. I asked for paper menu, but they didn’t have any. They didn’t tell me that I could look on their website and I would find one. I found it myself.
The staff is very nice. The French toast bagel sandwich with bacon, egg and cheese is amazing!! Strawberry smoothie is delicious. I will definitely return.
