Phenomenal experience! Delicious food and friendly service. We had a party with kids, dietary restrictions, and people who just wanted a strong drink. All of us received great service and what we needed. Highly recommend the Sandra Pizza, the Smash Burger, and the Old Fashioned. At the end of our meal owner/chef Aaron came out and delivered a delicious dessert with Angel Food Cake and Raspberry compote. Highly recommended!

The service here was great. He had the Solomon pizza and raved about it. It’s a hodgepodge of white sauce, jalapeno, sweet potato, shaved beef and house make potato chips that evidently works well, because he’s still talking about it. They worked with me to appease dietary restrictions and the chicken breast over spinach was very tasty.
Oh, the bar is nicely stocked and the drinks were tasty too.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience at Perez Kitchen & Bar! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, perfect for both a casual night out and special occasions. The menu had a great variety of delicious dishes, and everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavor. The cocktails were expertly crafted, and the service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and prompt. Overall, Perez Kitchen & Bar exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and a great vibe!

Casual atmosphere. Came for an al fresco dining experience with my dog. The $16 cheese burger and seasoned fries were good. Portion quite large.
It seemed to take a while for them to recognize me as a customer initially seated at outdoor table, so I phoned from the table to get them out to serve me. I ordered a Golden Mule and ordered my burger medium, it came to me more medium rare/rare. Couldn’t be mad about it as it was still good, and thank God not a hockey puck. I couldn’t finish it so I shared it with my dog. They were attentive to us both.

Stopped into Perez today after the farmers market and it was wonderful! The atmosphere is so pleasant and we were greeted with friendly faces. We had the chicken chorizo tacos, an iced coffee and a fresh baked cinnamon roll. Everything was fabulous! The tacos were unique and delicious and the cinnamon roll was incredible.

Edited because we’ve gone back a couple times. The sandwiches here are HUGE! The Perez Club is delicious and the house made chips are crispy and flavorful. The pizza was very tasty, definitely a contender to catalyst.

What an absolute delight! I wasn’t sure what to expect walking into this place, but I left completely blown away. The creativity behind each dish and each drink is next-level—beautifully plated, inventive, and full of surprising combinations that actually work. Often, places try to be clever and miss out on the food and cocktails truly tasting good, but not here. Every bite was as delicious as it was imaginative.

What really amazed me was finding food of this caliber in Grants Pass, which is not exactly known for avant-garde cuisine.

The flavors were bold but balanced, the ingredients clearly high-quality, and the menu—while adventurous—still felt cohesive and deeply satisfying. The staff service and ambiance were all excellent as well, but even if they weren’t, I would still go back for the food.

Came here with my parents for dinner. Very welcoming and nice establishment. We started with a Gin Golden Mule and rum and coke, as well as the brussel sprouts and butternut squash appetizer, which was such a great hit! My parents split the tacos and a house salad, which they claim was really great. My husband and I got the smashburger and fries with a side ceasar salad. This was one of the best ceasar salads we’ve ever had! The burger was great and perfect crisp fries. We ended up getting their cinnamon roll for dessert, and this is great for sharing, it was nice and big, warm and gooey! Definitely would come back, highly recommend.

We’ve done happy hour, dinner and breakfast here! All SO so so good and drinks are fab also! Monday I was a sad panda to discover breakfast is only Friday-Sunday so I panicked (as I was craving the sweet potato burrito) and ordered three different sandwiches for me and the hubs to taste test. Ya’ll. Disappointing. The bread was awful, so thick, dry and bland it took over and drowned out whatever was in between the slices. I ended up pulling half the bread off which made the sammies sub par. They were dry, almost no flavor. Such a let down when the rest of the menu is absolutely FIRE. I’m still leaving a 5 star review because we’ve been absolutely beyond pleased with the rest of the menu, service etc and hoping maybe this was just an off morning. PLEASE for the love of people stuck downtown all day consider serving breakfast all week long or ditch the doodoo bread on those sammies! Burgers, salads, burritos, breakfast sandwich, fries, hummus platter, meat and cheese app and drinks from the bar? Bomb, flavor filled, so unique, doesn’t give us a tummy ache afterwards. Lunch sandwiches? Fail. Other than that we’ve got zero complaints and hope this place sees all the success it deserves and will continue sending people here!

The only failure…was mine (to take photos)! Apologies. Went for lunch on a Saturday. Sara(h) was our server. She was lovely; attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, genuine and grounding eye contact. They have Boneyard RPM on draft. The glass was icy cold. We shared the Brussels sprouts without bacon. I would order them “crispy” next time but the flavor was fresh. I had the Corianna pizza, outstanding. It’s a white pizza. Ultra thin crust, rich and chewy cheese, not heavy, and the pickled fennel gives your mouth a nice balance of texture. My friend had the roasted cauliflower salad which he had once before and was amazed by. I didn’t try it but it was a gorgeous pyramid of antioxidants and vitamins. The background music was at a nice volume. The vibe was welcoming and personal. There is bar seating to make solo dining inviting. Prices were spot on for the quality of food and dining experience. I will definitely be back.
