My wife has been ranting and razing about this restaurant in town. On our Friday night out she insisted we go together and I am happy I did. Upon arrival people were all around the entrance. I was afraid the wait would be too long. We decided to stay in the car for the first part of our 45 minute wait. We found out once we were inside, it was prom night. So, this was the place to be. Everything we ordered off the menu was good. My only regret was not ordering their most popular steak which my wife ordered.

Our hotel’s front desk clerk recommended Percy & Willie’s when I asked for a non chain restaurant and telling her I was willing to drive to it. I am so glad she told me about it. I hadn’t come across it in my Google search.
Excellent service and amazing food! I had the marinated Ribeye and my husband had the prime rib. Neither of us needed steak sauce. That really speaks volumes to me!

Amazing food and plenty of great options to choose from. Friendly helpful staff and usually isn’t to packed. The honey croissants are to die for.
The food is either cooked over an open wood fire or charcoal can not remember but you get that charred taste and if that isn’t for you you may need to try another place or just read them menu carefully so you don’t order something charred.

Went with a party greater than 7, which included an 18% gratuity automatically, the waiters acted as if we were third class citizens! Had to nearly chase them out our seats to get their attention! Ordered 8 appetizer s and did not get plates for the table or napkins! Had to call them down for refills! Our original waiter abandoned us and another waiter ended up taking care of our table! Even received a sigh from the manager when we asked for napkins!! This was my first and definite last time going to this place!

Ordered a $24.00 ribeye steak and it was full of fat and no flavor, for the price was it ridiculous, dosent even compare to Texas Roadhouse. tea $3 service was horrible waiter was lost asked for ranch with my salad time he got my ranch my steak arrived at my table didn’t have to to eat the salad, a totals wast of money. Hostess was always busy playing on her phone for 30 minutes. I would fire her.

First time in Florence and we had a great evening at Percy & Willies! The croissants were delicious, the honey butter was spot on and the croissants were just baked enough for our liking. Note: these are not baked to the dark golden brown you see and expect from the store or local bakery. We enjoyed the beer battered mushrooms before our meal too. The prime rib is a must have and the house dressing is very enjoyable. You may want to ask for the house dressing on the side if you like a mild level of dressing on your salad. Stop by and enjoy!

I had the steak salad and it was incredible! The steak is wood grilled, a variety of homemade dressings available! The croissant appetizer are homemade with a honey butter drizzle. Our first time here & we had a good experience. I was prepared for a bit of a wait (I read the reviews lol) but it wasn’t bad. We waited 45 min and then we were seated. The staff was extremely friendly and it wasn’t a long wait for our food. I ordered a chef’s cut ribeye with the “famous” percy house salad and a loaded baked potato. I only took a pic of the salad because we tore into our steaks! The food was delicious and prices very reasonable! We had a party of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and our total was $101 (two steak dinners 1 alcohol drink and two kids meals). I recommend and I will return if i’m ever in the area
