My wife and I took my old friend for some Bacon wrapped Burritos for his first time and once again they did not disappoint! Everything was Great and he loved them. Thanks Percheron. Always good so we continue to come back.

I’ve waited ~two years to travel to Tucson to try the bacon wrapped burrito and it was nice and crisp on the outside, and the filling was excellent as well. The salsa and condiment options were plentiful. I wish we had this in North Texas!

It was my first time eating here vs the food truck and quite honestly I was disappointed. The size of the burritos do not justify the price any longer esp the bacon wrapped one. The items on the salsa bar were definitely old, the cucumbers were dried up and shriveled like they sat uncovered a few days in the fridge. The tomatoes in the pico looked pale and the green salsa tasted rancid. The birria ramen was extremely salty and one of the orders had no broth. They only had 2 customers other than us in the 1 hour we spent waiting and eating at this place and I understand why.

I had an excellent experience here! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The quality of the ingredients truly stood out. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican cuisine, this is the place to go. I highly recommend trying the bacon burrito — it’s perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this spot to friends and family!

The burrito was pretty great, the bacon wrap was cool to look at but didn’t provide much more to the experience. The Carne Asada was good. However I had ordered Shrimp for extra cost on top of the already costly burrito, and that was not given to me 🙁

Delicious would be my one word description of this restaurant. In my opinion, the best Sonoran style Mexican food in South Tucson by far. Beacon rap Burrito, Sonoran hotdog, steak tortas, all amazing can’t go wrong with either selection. A truth treasure of flavor you can only find in South Tucson. Food made fresh, with a friendly staff, and a welcoming environment. Must stop by and experience for yourself.

A burro with mayonnaise? Unheard of. Yes, the ingredients are posted on the wall but we didn’t look at the wall because we asked the guy taking our order and while he did mention cheese, avocado, bacon and a protein of our choice, he never mentioned tomatoes and mayonnaise.
Sonoran hotdogs have tomatoes and mayonnaise not burros.
Once you put bacon with tomatoes and mayonnaise together then you might as well be eating a hotdog.
Other than that — the place is clean, bathrooms at clean and the employees are nice. If we ever go back we’ll make sure our burro is made the right way and not like a hotdog.

This morning I had the bacon-wrapped burrito while my friend had the French toast. Both were fantastic! The salsa bar and beans were awesome! Highly recommend. A+++++
