This is quite possibly the best flavored pizza I’ve ever eaten. Pequod’s was recommended by a neighbor who used to live in the area and said that he still orders it for delivery, and we live in Florida! Yes, you can order online and they will ship it to you! And as ridiculous as that sounds, yes, it really is that good. The place is tiny and you need to make a reservation. It takes about 45 minutes to get your pizza but it is worth every minute of the wait.

My son told me about this restaurant a few weeks ago. Coincidentally, I was in Chicago so I had to try it. My colleague made a reservation and it’s definitely a great place to eat. The side salad is huge so I would recommend splitting it. The pizza is very good and I maxed out after 2 slices. I would recommend it for sure.

Hands down some quality deep dish pizza! There are a lot of choices when it comes to deep dish and they are a little different in their execution. This one has a half inch crunchy rim that is new to me and very good. We had the pep and sausage.. awesome.. also one of us ordered one with Italian beef and pepperocinis a new combo to me that I would absolutely get again. It’s a small joint and can be a wait but it’s worth it. We went next door the the Bringer Inn and had some drinks while we waited.. no problem..

This pizza is really good. I order the pan pizza. It reminds me of a cross between Chicago deep dish and Detroit style. Very unique, very delicious. The service was phenomenal too. I went by myself, they were really busy and they still took the time to clear a spot for me at the small bar that they have. Seek this place out, its definitely worth a try if you’re in the area.

Oh my gosh! Absolutely delicious! I can’t get enough of Pequod’s, it was cooked to perfection & the flavor was so good from the cheese, sauce & toppings to that caramelized crust! We’ve gone to the Chicago location as well & it’s just as good but I definitely prefer going to this one as it’s the original location & the area is not as crazy, also great customer service. Can’t wait to go back for my favorite pizza!

My wife and I went to Pequod’s Pizza for lunch a couple of days ago. We had cheesy garlic bread as an appetizer. We followed that with a thin crust pizza. The cheesy garlic bread had a lot of cheese. It was very good. The thin crust pizza was thicker than most thin crust pizzas I’ve eaten. That was because the cook piled it high with huge amounts of our chosen toppings, including cheese. One thing sure about Pequod’s Pizza; they are not stingy with their toppings. The pizza was also very delicious. The service was very good. The atmosphere is pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting an excellent pizza eating experience. I know my wife and I will be back

Great deep dish pizza. First location of Pequod’s Pizza. Small (4 slices) is enough for 2 Europeans actually. You can take leftover slices to go. Wings are (half bbq/half hot sauce) recommended.

I’m visiting for work, and when asking locals for pizza recommendations, the answer was usually Pequods. I’ve thought to myself “ how good can it be?”. Well the HYPE is real! This place is a must visit! The pan pizza has a caramelized crust edge that is unbeatable, and the toppings are individually flavorful, best sausage I’ve had on a pizza ever. I plan to visit at least one more time just to try different toppings, it goes on the list for a must have with each Chicago visit going forward.
