The very BEST lasagna I’ve ever eaten, hands down! It looked like soup when it came out, but oooohhhhh myyyyyy… A cute, old family business using their own family recipes for lots of things. I complimented them about the lasagna and he said, “that’s exactly how we make it at home” and it’s phenomenal. The salad and pizza were also very authentic and yummy.

This should be a five star review. Food is outstanding. Service is 99% great. Pains me to post negative remarks. My family loves this place and are loyal customers. Have frequently dined in with my well-behaved service dog. Valentine’s day, with open tables, was treated in a very disappointing manner by one waitress. I was so respectful and yet mistreated. Please educate yourself here: ADA . gov – topics – service-animals.
I wish my regular server was there to make it the usual wonderful experience! I could post more details but am broken hearted. My dog and I are treated very well everywhere and he is loved. Not 2/14/2026 at Peppi’s. Will I return with other establishments that need support? How about off season? I encourage you to try this place, the food is great! However, I am pained to post this but feel it is necessary to protect other Veterans with service dogs. Apologies for the non-trained dogs that make it harder for the rest of us. Looking forward to a response and I’ll happily change my review.

Ordered chicken Parmesan with ziti pasta first time coming here. Everybody says the pizza is great, but I did not want that. The chicken was tougher than my calculus class in high school. The pasta was not even as good as the public brand and the sauce was Chef Boyardee honestly this would’ve been a kids meal anywhere else and for almost $30 tossing it out and going somewhere else way too many options I know people will say well you don’t order something like this at a pizza place everything that goes on a restaurant menu should be good or they shouldn’t even have it on there. Period.

This is a late post. My family and I can’t wait to come back as soon as they re-open from a well deserved vacation! The White pizza was amazing! We think is probably the best in town! The lady who serve all tables in the restaurant was super energetic, friendly, and kind! She is a super woman! And the atmosphere makes you feel you are in a small place of Italy! Pizza is my love language!

Wonderful and delicious! If you’re looking for a great lunch or early dinner spot, this might just be your next go to. The staff is beyond welcoming to their new and returning faces, in addition to being attentive and precise. The establishment itself is very cute and cleanly. Prices are very fair, especially if you enjoy genuinely good, authentic food. The sausage on the pizza slices is to die for, it’s just not something we regularly get down here. 110% hit the spot and reminded me of the wonderful pizza back home, maybe just a slight bit better!

Best pizza spot in Naples. I’ve tried them all, nothing compares to Peppi’s. Been coming here for over 10 years and it’s never changed 1 bit. Very friendly family owned, 10/10 pizza perfect ratio don’t ask for any adjustments it’s perfect as is I promise!!

Peppi’s is great! As far as New York style pizza goes, this is the closest I’ve had outside of NY and CT. Really great. It has a cozy interior, usually busy with dine in and a robust take out business. I usually dine in and the food comes out fast enough despite their busyness.

Very bad food and even worse people. I took out a Oder for pickup for 34$ and the next morning I was hit for 55$ they felt the need to add a 21$ tip in their behalf as I never ever gave them permission to do so. Also the old lady who did this can’t speak a lick on English. This place is very low end and I guess they need thr extra Pennie and dollars to run this one of one terrible restaurant.

We did takeout and found the pizza to be mediocre at best. The pepperoni was okay but the white pizza was horrid. They use CANED MUSHROOMS which just shows the quality, or lack of quality of ingredients they use. Also, the girl who answers the phone was arrogant on the phone and in person. I expect she is an owner given no owner would ever hire someone like her.
