Ordered a delivery with an estimated delivery time of ~45 min ie 7:02pm. 7:02pm rolls around without a delivery. No big deal, it’s Friday evening so totally expected a bit of a delay. Attempted to call the restaurant once 7:45pm rolled around but was not able to get ahold of anyone. Eventually got ahold of them at 8:11pm and was told that they thought the order was for pickup and would have them out for delivery after reheating. Pizzas were finally delivered at 8:33pm a whopping 91 min after the original estimated delivery time which was a total of 136 min after ordering. I don’t think we would have ever received the order had we not been persistent with calling. The food was good although we didn’t get the garlic crust as ordered and a few of our pizza slices were burned from the reheat. After reading through some other reviews, our experience is not a rare occurrence. If you are expecting reliable service and responsiveness to mistakes this might not be the place for you.

Good pizza and wings but service and business management are very poor. Ordered for pickup (with tip) over an hour in advance and it was 10-15 minutes late (3rd time in a year for us). Then they mixed up orders and gave us the wrong order so we had to return to get the correct order, and enjoy cold pizza at home. Poor business management bringing down a good family business name. Go elsewhere unless you have the time.

I understand that Halloween night is going to be busy… got it. I phoned in an order and was told 1 hour and 10 minutes. I finally got my order an hour after the pick up time. I get it, very busy. No issues. However… when I get back to the house with the order, the pizzas were cold (very cold) and the breadsticks were warm. So, they forgot the breadsticks and my pizzas sat for a long time. Poor planning.
That’s not the worst part… while waiting for my order, and playing rocks, paper, scissors with a fellow patron, we witnessed an employee getting a soft drink and spilling a little on the floor. He grabbed a few napkins and wiped it up… great!!! Thank you.
However, he then took the same napkins… same side he wiped up the floor with and wiped up the counter as well.
Please address this ASAP with your staff. This was disgusting.

Just trying to figure out how the online ordering gets slotted into their priority of making pizza. Ordered for a 5:20 pickup time, arrived at 5:20 to pick up the pizza order and it wasn’t ready. It’s 7:05pm and I’m still waiting for my order. I know it was busy that night, but just feels like my order is being skipped multiple times.

Placed an order for 2 XL specialty pizzas and lasagna for delivery, was told 45 minutes. After waiting an hour I called to check the status of food and was told it was sitting there waiting on me! I asked why, that it was for delivery… they then told me they would get a driver asap. I told them I didn’t want it if it was cold and sitting there, was told it was hot still. After waiting another 30 minutes , food arrived over cooked and burnt, lasagna was over cooked and garlic bread was burnt. I called to complain and was told I would get a credit as I spent 56 dollars on this trash. Waited a week and thought to give it a try again with the credit and was told they would only give me 5 dollars off each pizza. No, that’s not what I was told, if I knew that I would have brought them back and got my money back as we ate something else because the food was inedible. Refused to honor the credit I was told. Never again as this was not the first time they screwed my order up but I was willing to try and give them another chance. Take your business elsewhere, don’t waste your money.

We dined in, but most people just got pizza to go. Pizza and garlic bread were good. They didn’t seem used to having people dine In. We had to ask for plates, and they didn’t keep the plates or drink glasses stocked. It’s more of a cafeteria feel to the restaurant. That being said, the food is good.

Awesome lunch buffet, $10/all you can eat.
Had fresh pizza up the whole time, plus chicken, pasta, breadsticks and veggies.
They had this Potato Alfredo too, which was incredible!!
Now to the pizza, I’ve had Peppino’s a handful of times, and it’s always really good! Crust feels homemade, and is crispy, but not thin. Sauce and cheese go very well and lots of toppings!
Could use a garlic butter crust option – but that isn’t a deal breaker on this being a great eatery!

Amazing pizza! Love their ‘one footer’, a Detroit-Style Pizza with caramalized crispy corner crusts and a nice delicate crunch with each bite. Their cheesy breadsticks are also a winner! Covered in lots of warm cheese and garlicy buttery goodness! Cinnamon sticks were also hot and covered with icing! Much better than the chain pizza places!
