So I placed an order over the phone.. tacos, elotes, queso and a mangonada. As i arrived food was at the counter, drink was not even full to the top and was literally outside the base of the cup and even dripping on the counter not to mention already melting. The manager is literally the worst and had an attitude when asked to accommodate me by the employee. There is literally still ice chunks in the mangonada which has a watered down taste. Do not waste your time at this peppers, Crestview location is definitely worth the drive.

The service wasn’t bad and our server did a good job, but the food isn’t worth the price. The Birria tacos aren’t even actually Birria tacos unless that’s how y’all eat them here in florida and the chimichangas were mid. Could’ve been better, not sure how it has 4 stars but ok.

I honestly went with two coworkers who like Mexican food. I personally do not. So it’s unfair for me to critique Peppers. But I will say my coworkers loved the food they were served. I had fish and shrimp with rice. I ordered a side of salad with my meal. It was served with guacamole covering the top of my salad. And the fish and shrimp with rice tasted over seasoned. I just endured and watched them truly enjoy their meals and drinks.

First time visiting after their opening. Ordered shrimp ceviche tostada, tacos birria, carne asada fries, and pollo loco. Chips and salsa were brought to use as we ordered beverages. Pleasantly surprised with the fast service. The outdoor patio was a great place to sit and enjoy food. The food was fresh and the flavors were on point. As a local, I will be back frequently.

The food was sooo good. It has an amazing selection of mexican cuisine and good deals, especially on the margaritas. The servers are polite and patient. This restraunt made my stay in Florida much more enjoyable.
