We’ve never been to Peppers so we thought we would try it for lunch. My daughter got the black chicken pasta I believe and it was absolutely delicious it was so good she loved it. I got a burger off the lunch menu and it was pretty good I would get it again it doesn’t compare to some of the other burger places but that’s okay. But I got french fries and I told them crispy and they did a great job and they were so delicious for French fries add chips and salsa in the salsa was really runny and watery but it was okay too the place was super nice to be in the atmosphere was great. But after I got my food my way just never came back and checked on us I really could have used extra napkins. And a couple things but it just didn’t happen that’s why they didn’t score great on service

This place is Tex-Mex; food was pretty good but the salsa looked a little soupy, chips were average; my server was great and he constantly kept my drink filled. He also kept checking to see how I was liking the food and everything was ok. I had the shrimp quesadilla and I started with cheesy potato skins which were tasty.

Fantastic spot for lunch! The atmosphere was very warm and friendly from the moment we were greeted upon arrival. We enjoyed the chips and salsa and loved the personal bowl for each person to dip in!! Jesse was our sever and she was so professional and kept up with drink refills etc without us even asking. The food tasted good and the service was great! Definitely recommend this place.

Pepper’s has been a family favorite since the 1980s, althoughwe don’t ho there much these days. The chips and salsa was tasty as it’s always been. Our group of 3 all had combo fajitas which was served hot and sizzling. Serving size was generous and I brought half of mine home.

Service was terrible. Food was even worse. Chips and salsa: chips were little broken pieces.
They tried to charge me 2.50 for an extra plate(plate sharing). The problem is I husband had already had lunch and did not eat. I tried to explain this to the waitress when we ordered, but they still attempted to charge me the upcharge anyway. Will not be returning. I could not offer a recommendation of this establishment.

Cute little restaurant at Utica Square. First time coming. Staff friendly, did not seem busy at all for noon on a Saturday. Food, About the same you could get from any chain restaurant but tasty. They are very quick to get out the food, restaurant is pretty clean. Only thing was i asked for no beans but i received them.

The food was amazing as usual, for the most part, except for the queso being burnt at the bottom. Had to ask for napkins 3 different times before we finally got them. Ordered a drink. Didn’t even get it till we were about done with our meals. Our waitress tended to everyone around us, but hardly checked on us at all. Peppers is usually one of our favorite restaurants to go to. Not so sure anymore. Bad wait staff really doesn’t make me want to come back anytime soon.

I ordered food for my family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday since we weren’t able to come in and eat since my grandson is in the hospital. The queso was thick and tasted like it had sat in the pan all day. The Linguini didn’t have Alfredo sauce on it, instead it had the nasty queso. We thought we would be safe with cheese enchiladas but even those didn’t taste right. Pepper’s has been one of our favorites for a long time but it truly has gone down hill and we won’t be returning anytime soon. If a customer calls to say the food was gross and tells you what the issues were and all you offer is more food to replace the food they already got, do you think that the customer wants more gross food? No, the next step should have been giving money back to the customer or at least part of it since we spent nearly $80.00 for food we didn’t eat.

I’m honestly insulted. $19 bucks for chicken tenders and you serve Kraft Mac and cheese ?????? Not to mention the dried out potatoes and skinny chicken fingers. Service was just ok too. Took forever just to get this microwaved food. Won’t be back.
