I go here alot different times and days, know all the faces etc etc. I tend to stick to myself, as a former Marine my awareness is always on 10+. With that said , it is a fact Woodburn per capita has the highest crime rate in Oregon higher than national avg. Have I seen or known crimes to happen here? A fight just the other day. I’m aware this place has had a history with employees and customers none of that has a bearing on my experience. I actually love this place! The core employees that have stuck around are awesome, considering some of the behavoirs they have to deal with and handle in a polite and professional manner. The problems I known about are isolated events. No random acts of violence no cars broken into, none of that is common. Fars as video poker it varies alot of ppl come thru here some for 5mins others for hours on end. I have won 3 small jackpots since i started gambing in July 2025. The avg wait time for a machine can be around 20 mins. The food is always great, never heard complaints, weekends can be full of ppl, mostly guys and couples. Its kind of its own community, like I said I stick to myself and have had ppl start conversation which i dont mind, its a welcoming atmosphere. The music mostly spanish, r&b and rap, all in good taste. Alot of ppl tend to mind thier own, you got ppl from motel or around the area know each other and all that comes with that. But not much bad I can say, incidents are isolated dont reflect on the business itself. You always gonna have intoxicated or demanding customers that get cut off, but even they leave showing respect to the employees. Its one of those places ppl care if they get 86 from, so courtesy is common and shared.

I used to go there during the day alot . I can say the heavy set girl that thinks she owns the place has her favorites. So if something happens in the day or night she will choose them instead of hearing the other person and be quick to kick you out, when a whole situation could of been avoided if she would of listened. And they need to stop over serving people that is the reason for a ton of the problems in the night.

On a regular basis, the huge girl that works there rips you off!!! I turn in my keno tickets and she tries to short me. And the only reason I’m saying anything about it now is cuz. This is the second time she’s tried to short me. Cuz I never walk in there, not knowing what i’m supposed to be getting paid back.I always checked my tickets first and add it up. This place is going downhill quick. It’s awful. So sad.

Service is always fair to good down thar. If we win then we’ll give it a five-star. If we lose we’ll give it a one-star and complain. That’s why I give it three Stars. The burgers are pretty good though enjoy the remember this is not an investment

A guy that was there started talking to me and I kept ignoring him because he was so drunk but he kept telling me that I shouldn’t be there if I’m so scared of getting the virus
The gal in charge didn’t do anything about it and was hugging the drunk guy

Enforce masks when people walk in, your in small place so, enforce, also sanitize machines after used. These are basic steps to keep everyone healthy.
