Today around 2:20 PM, I witnessed a customer being extremely rude to a staff member, even going as far as belittling her and laughing at her. Despite this, she remained calm, professional, and handled the situation with grace. That level of composure truly reflects excellent customer service. The food was also outstanding. I really appreciate the professionalism of the team and will definitely be returning.

I went into this pizzeria with my 3-year-old son, and the manager didn’t even look at us when we walked in. I asked her about a high chair, and she told me they were near the bathroom and that I could grab one myself. When I went to get it, there were several rugs piled on top of the chair, and I had to move everything myself just to take it out for my child.
Not only that, she already seemed annoyed by our presence. When my husband approached her to place our order, she just stared at him and asked what he wanted in a very serious and irritated tone. We ended up leaving because we simply couldn’t tolerate the poor customer service.

I’m glad I can come back and say pepperonis did me justice a couple weeks back I didn’t get the best product but today they blessed me with a free person pan pizza and it was fire and I bought some mango habanero wings man super fire 10/10 I’ll be back again!

1st time eating here my pizza was delicious. My supreme pizza was ready in 10 minutes fresh hot and my slices were cut perfectly each slices was fully topped with layers of meat, veggies and cheese not like other pizzerias where you can count the meats and the veggies. Definitely coming back.

We received our replacement pizza yesterday. It was delicious. Exactly as ordered. I appreciate Valerie’s customer service.
End of April:
I updated service with 5 stars.I left my review yesterday evening. This evening, I received a call from Valerie. I think she’s a District Mgr. I reviewed my experience. She apologized, and said my experience wasn’t acceptable. She gave me her cell, and asked me to text her our next order, which would be comped. Customer service is important to me. Valerie nailed it. I will update the food quality star, after our next order. I don’t expect a problem. Thanks, Valerie!
Very disappointing delivery. It arrived a bit late. Understandable on a Friday, early evening. I ordered half pepperoni w jalapeño and half sausage with extra cheese on full pizza. Pizza arrived dry, barely warm and with very little cheese, let alone double cheese. $28.50 with tip, for a barely edible pizza.

Kind of disappointing. We visited a few weeks ago and had a great experience. Surprised at how today turned out.
We placed an online order at 5:34 PM to be picked up at 5:49 PM. Waited almost 20 minutes and received my food at 6:09 PM.
We had a simple order: spaghetti with meatballs and pizza rolls. The container was full of pasta, but unfortunately, it was not very good. The pasta was clearly overcooked, and the pasta wasn’t drained properly, as the sauce was watered down and had no taste. Thankfully, the pizza rolls were decent.
Overall disappointing, we will have to think about this one before revisiting.

Wednesday night, no lines. Ordered a large supreme pizza. Came out 10+ minutes. Hot out the oven. Good pizza Good service. Will be back to try pasta or other items on the menu..

I hate writing negative reviews but I just have to share how terrible my pizza was. For some reason my pizza was very watery and it fell apart as I was trying to pick it up. It was an expensive visit too. Definitely not worth it!

The staffs is absolutely amazing. They are very courteous and friendly. They make sure you are well served and the food is absolutely delicious! We had pizza and salad. I highly recommend!
