We’ve always loved the pizza from here, and when our daughter wanted pizza from this place for her birthday party, it was an easy choice. Even though our pickup time was earlier than their scheduled opening, the owner came in early to accommodate us. It wasn’t even a large order, and he kindly added fries for the kids as well. Truly appreciated the gesture and great service!

We found shards of glass baked across two pizzas. Three of my family members bit into it. When we called for a refund, they refused to take accountability and refused our refund saying it was “impossible” despite us having proof. They used to be our go to pizza place but can’t trust them anymore.

Found glass in my pizza. I used to be a loyal customer but not anymore. Multiple of my family members, me included bit into the deli delight pizza and found shards of glass in it. We were fortunate enough to spit it out but when we called to inform them of this, they claimed to believe us but refused to refund us for the pizza. They also claimed that if he refunded us, he would lose $20 but $20 is not worth someone’s life. This interaction was honestly disgusting, that after all the times I’ve ordered from them (and these were always huge orders ~100$ every time), they treated me with such disregard. Will never be ordering from them again. And I would never recommend them for other people either.

I honestly not sure how I feel about this place. I drive by it everyday home from work and finally stopped to try their pizza. Nothing exciting mind you, just a cheese. Initially it was great! loved how their was less crust and more pie. But when I picked up the second slice two others came with. Thinking it was just not cut right I went to tear it apart and..it was held together by hair. I called them back and they said to come back and they would remake it. No apology or offer for refund, just comeback and get another one. I have an idealogy that stuff happens, move on. But this wasnt a 20 min delivery to an hour or hey we forgot half your order. This was food safety and I am just kinda unsure how I feel.

Pepperoni Express is one of the best spots in Shrewsbury! The food is always fresh, delicious, and full of flavor, and you can really tell they care about quality. The customer service is amazing everyone is so friendly and welcoming, it feels like family as soon as you walk in. Looking from the outside in. I really thought it was closed. Because the skylight windows still had SNOW FLAKES taped to windows. Instead it should say in big letters :WE ARE OPEN. on both sides of the building.
The red head. Could totally handle doing this. As he’s screwing around on his phone doing nothing. I can totally understand he’s either the manager or owner. But even he would like business to pick up.

I have been looking for a new place for Friday only fish and chips for a while since Shrewsbury Pizzaria changed. This place is the one. Every time I get Fish and Chips take out anywhere, I hurry home to remove the Fish on top of the Fries and by that time its too late, the fries are soggy. This place has a great solution to that- they place the fish which is a huge portion and fresh- on top of a plate to separate it from the fries which also makes it so the heat rising from the hot fries doesnt make the Fish soggy. Great idea! both the Fish and the Fries were amazing. Will be back!
