I’ve had Pepper Jax before and it wasn’t too bad.. but the way they do it at this store is sloppy and not appealing at all!!!! They literally just slapped everything in a bowl and it was drenched in sauce and soggy…. The lettuce is soggy wet and has no crunch to it whatsoever.. It’s s a let down to pay $15 for some nachos that don’t taste good and that are basically drenched in the sauce! Definitely will not be coming back here.

Lovely for the girls working here that they get to screw around with friends on the clock, would just prefer it wasn’t in the kitchen of where I want to eat. They were extremely loud and obnoxious when talking to themselves but 0 customer service. One girl wearing a crop top and volleyball shorts in the kitchen… new uniforms..? Also one sitting on her phone in the kitchen in view of the dinning room the entire time. They all seemed upset we came in, not sure why as they didn’t act like there were customers in the store. Food surprisingly turned out acceptable. I come here everyday when Im in town from Texas and would prefer not to drive all the way north lincoln, but not going to this location again.

I love pepperjax Steak Philly. I was craving one n this freezing chilly day. So I ordered on door dash. Well when it was delivered I sure didn’t except to see what I got. I was very disappointed. Door Dash was helpful. I learned to just go to Pepperjax and order.

Just because I asked for 2 sauces doesn’t mean I want THIS much sauce. Nobody wants THIS much sauce. This is not the first time this location has flooded our food in sauce. I shouldn’t have to spend time scooping out sauce before I can eat my food. Put less sauce on.

They did make a mistake on my friends meal because the man at the register entered in the wrong sauce. But that happens, so no biggie. He apologized and promptly remade it. And all was well otherwise. Good food. And their workers were hustling diligently, not just moseying through it like some places.

It was my first time at PepperJax and I was nervous about ordering thru the drive through. I was greeted by a team member that really made me feel a lot better and less nervous. As I was ordering they were providing a lot of information and answering all my questions before I could ask them. They were super awesome. I made it to the window and it was another team member (I could tell they were different) and they had the same very energetic and excited to see me attitude. Once my order was ready they both handed it out to me and told me to have an amazing day. It was awesome seeing how happy and genuine they were about it. I will be eating here very often it was awesome. I’d also like to mention the food was amazing but somehow the service has outshined it today. Anyways Thank you PepperJax!

Went through the drive-thru the other night . I think we waited near 20 mins!! When I got to the window it was a young girl with a piercing in her nose that was so beyond rude to me, I had asked for a an extra ranch and immediately saw this employee roll her eyes at me.
