Philly was good, but they forgot my oreos for the kids meal, I upgraded drink to a medium (starry) and got to work it was soda water only no flavor….. I asked for ranch and guy in drive thru tried handing me someone else’s order twice while I was just needing ranch….

The building needs a serious cleaning. Most of the tables has food left on it. The bathroom needs repaired and a deep clean. The sidewalks are all busted up infront of the door. My burrito was wrapped in like a half sheet of tinfoil and put in the bottom of a bag for a dine-in. We like pepperjax but wont be going back to this one.

Waited almost 15min at the window of drive thru before anyone came to window and then I get this for my toddler how is he suppose to eat this burnt and hard as a rock?! If I waited that long should have came out perfect not like this so my toddler had to wait for more food till we got home. It wasn’t even busy. It was 2 in the afternoon

The dinning room had a table with trash and a dish, the service was good and friendly, I got a loaded fries and a double steak rice bowl. There was absolutely no seasonings at all for the rice or the meat. The food was just bland like honestly my pop tasted better. My onion rings were good and my brothers loaded fries were both 5 start.

I grew up about 90 miles from Philadelphia and I can confirm that Pepperjax has a world class cheesesteak. Delicious bread, perfectly seasoned meat, and fresh vegetables. The cheesesteaks are also made to order. The fries are really good too and generously portioned. I have been going to this place for about a decade and cannot recall ever being disappointed. Good stuff.

Super disappointed. Rice was unseasoned and plain (uncle Ben’s bagged rice); the steakums style meat was minimal. My meal was heavy rice and banana peppers. I ordered each bean and maybe had a few nibbles. Asked for cheese, lettuce, salsa and sour cream and it was super minimal. Lettuce is cheap! Black olives were heavy but that was ok. Sour scream was like a ketchup packet full. Was hoping for more but I just feel this was poor product rations.

Just ordered a rice bowl. My chicken is so cold and the lettuce is see through, looks wilted and old.

I just ordered a rice bowl and a burrito. I’ll start with rice bowl, I paid $10 for a scoop of rice and a pinch of lettuce?! I attached Photos. Now my burrito. Beans are cold, peppers and onions are not sautéed at all. This pepperjax location is not good. I probably Won’t come back to this location. Have yet to have a good experience. Which sucks because I love the convenience of the drive through!

I ordered a protein steak bowl with mushrooms, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese. Also got honey mustard and ranch. When I got my bowl from a 10 minute wait in the drive through it looked like it was shaken and very sloppily made. Also not even half full. There were barely any mushrooms or tomatoes and no rice at all and mostly lettuce. The bowl with a side of friends was about $15. Went in to see if I could have it remade and asked why it was not even half full and was told that if I wanted rice and that I should’ve ordered a rice bowl. Still never even asked if I wanted rice. The gentleman behind the counter argued about the bowl. I haven’t had Pepperjax in years and because of this I don’t think I will be coming back. The value and service is not there.
