Every single worker there should be fired. Ive put in about 5-6 orders in which they have forgot the extra cheddar sauce, and no Au Jus sauce EVERY, SINGLE, TIME. On top of that no one can seem to pick up the phone to help customers when calling. I used to work In food so I try not to make a big deal of things like this but it happens EVERY time and no one can or will help you.

Love pepperjax! Ingredients are good. Just be sure to check your order before driving too far away. They have left off my sauces twice now, which for me is what brings all the Ingredients together so without I won’t eat it.

I came through the drive through last night, and the worker who took the order was polite! For working a chain restaurant on a Sunday night off a busy interstate, she was tired, but polite. We said our please and thank you, we smiled, and genuinely wished each other a good night. So I have to assume this girl DID NOT make the food.
I got a chicken rice bowl, with a bunch of veggies, both salsas, and asked for A LITTLE of each ranch. Apparently I have a different definition of a little. Because the girl (yes I do know 2 other girls were cooking) DUMPED an inappropriate amount of ranch on the bowl. We scraped off what we could but it was drowning so bad it was ruined.
The Philly wasn’t as bad, just careless. We asked for no mushrooms due to an allergy and there were definitely mushrooms on it. I guess next time I’ll hit up a different location, but also go inside to see that process.
The only good thing was the fries!

Beautiful Newer Property. I was excited to finally try the place out. Unfortunately it fell flat for me. Being the first time for us, we didnt know how or what to order. The cook did make some suggestion which was helpful. None of the food was hot, except for the meat that just came off the grill. The queso, rice and beans were barely warm. The topping veggies, the rice and beans and quesos were all mixed and cross contaminated!!! The way they laddle over everything is so messy. Even with gloves on, the lady grabbing veggies used the same gloves in ALL the toppings. And wore the gloves to the register to cash us out.
I really wanted to like this place, but this was the 1st and LAST time Ill be wasting my money here. Good luck and all the best to your company.

This was my first time visiting this place. Ive heard a lot about it. The lobby was clean and the vibe was chill. The staff was helpful friendly and professional. The philly looked amazing but some of my fries were a little soggy. Ive had many a phillys in my day and this wasnt the best but it was hot fresh and tasty. Nice place.

The food was as good as the service. The employees were very pleasant and the food is always great. They’ve added onion rings and cheese curds to the menu. The only issue is maybe getting in and out of the parking area. I’ll be going back!

Great place to stop by for a quick lunch. Today I was disappointed because instead of dropping new fries when I ordered through the drive through they used fries that were sitting in the fry area not fresh. I can tell they’re not fresh due to the amount of time it takes to get my apartment is 4 minutes. When I bit into the first fry I thought it was just a fluke so I tried a couple more. Cold, flimsy, and little seasoning.
I enjoyed my steak bowl but I didn’t feel like paying for those fries was worth the $ at all. Please fry fresh fries for drive through orders too and not just in the store

Had one of the best Steak Phillies of my life here. Pepper Jax is A staple of places to try in Omaha. If you haven’t tried it then you need to. This location is brand new and very nice inside. The staffis super friendly and very helpful here, they even came to my table after I sat down and started eating to make sure my food was good. Ive tried the chicken rice bowl to mix things up and I was not disappointed at all.
