Rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. This place is a disaster and whoever manages it, needs to be evaluated. Girl doing my pickup order never said ONE word to me. Not ONE! I told her the order name, and she walked away, came back several minutes later and handed me the bag.

Great place to get made to order Philly steak sandwiches. Stopped in for lunch and got a steak Philly and fries. The Philly was awesome, but the fries were a bit soft and under salted. Good overall. The staff on shift were super nice as well. If you’re looking for fast food that isn’t the typical hamburger or chicken spots, definitely worth considering.

First actual group of people in besides a dasher and we waited and waited and waited. Then the grill was cleaned very messily to the customer side. And our group was helped sorta. You need to know number of guests in group. I was left waiting. Cashier never asked here or to go and pretty sure wasn’t really listening wrong size of drinks given mediums charged for larges. They definitely need better and more help and work on teamwork and communications with each other.

My daughter and I were just passing through and looking for something different (for us) and saw this cheesesteak place. We decided to give it a try and enjoyed it. We both got a traditional cheesesteak and thought the flavor of the steak and melted cheese was really good.
Next time we see a pepperjax we will try it again. Although the flavors were great I will definitely get double meat to completely fill the bun up.
The workers didn’t necessarily go out of their way with us, but they were helpful and answered our questions as newbies.
All in all, we will return.

Holy INCOMPETENCE….I came in for a dash order that was supposed to be ready at SIX!!! 30 minutes later they were just now starting the order. I watched 12 ppl get their orders before starting the one I was waiting on. DO NOT DOOR DASH HERE! THEY HAVE ZERO CLUE WHAT THEY’RE DOING!!

Ordered door dash from this location in July. Entire order was made wrong. I called the store and was told by the manager he would write my name down for 2 free steak bowls “the next time you come in just tell them”. Nothing about I had to come in by a certain day. We went in tonight and I told them my name and the situation. The boy called the manager and was told they cannot do that. Pretty crappy customer service, you mess up the order the first time and say you’re going to fix it and when I come in to get it fixed you tell me no.
