The worker that happen to be the manager went to the back to get another box of gloves. She opened the box of gloves to put a pair on but did not wash her hands prior to putting the gloves on. Then she proceeded to make our food, but then she put too much rice in my bowl. I asked for her to remove some of it. She started to put her hand into my bowl instead of the spoon!!! I screamed “”NO!! Please do not use your hands!!!”” Like OMG!! SERIOUSLY!! Then from there she used her hands for the other garnishments!!! I was done!!! I couldn’t eat anything because she was not realizing all of the things she was touching with the gloves. The guys on the grill was awesome! When I told him I was allergic to shrimp when cooked my husband’s food he took out another skillet to cook my steak.

The food quality and taste are better than Taco Bell but not quite on par with Qdoba or Chipotle. However, I was charged twice for a drink. If you choose to “JAX IT UP,” ensure they don’t charge for the drink separately, as it should be included in that option. Overall, it’s worth giving a try. UPDATE… the company reached out to address the issues and made it right.
