First time here. Guy who greeted us was welcoming and explained the menu. That was the highlight in the customer service department. The 15% tip I reluctantly gave should go to him. Lady working there looked like she just heard that her car was repossessed. She seemed efficient, but just not like she was enjoying it. And the other worker almost seemed annoyed by doing more than the basics required. Food itself wasn’t bad. I had the Philly steak sandwich and other than a bit much salt….was done great and enjoyable. My wife’s salad wasn’t bad. A far cry from the picture online though. Kinda an assembly line process with some shredded lettuce and stuff tossed on top. The location itself needs some attention. Apparently there was a water leak and water all over the floors. But my picture of the trash can says a lot. Had to take a picture of this just because the guy ahead of me who piled his trash on top had the same “wth???” look that I had. Overall, a bit of a dirty feeling to the place. Was it worth it? Not bad, but would do Jersey Mike’s down the street next time.

The worst vist we have ever had. I had to atleast give it a star to give a review but I wouldve definitely gave it a negative 5 ! The kids working there didn’t listen to our orders, had to take our sandwich back out of the bag to put topings on. Then the cheese was brunt and they went ahead and put it on . The bread was ripped in 3 different places so you took a bit it went everywhere. I know this place has knifes. The manager was to busy in the back and getting ice for his coffee to even insure customers where taken care of.

I came in for my first time today, got a classic steak Philly. Everything was done in a matter of minutes and was made to order. Very fresh ingredients and all around delicious. Will definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu. Clean restaurant and music playing not too loud. Would definitely recommend.

This place used to be one of my favorites growing up here but has REALLY gone downhill within the last few months.
A month ago or so I took my mom in to get a salad. We waited in line when a younger guy got the things ready and things were normal and shifted our food down the line for the next guy. A bigger taller guy looked over at us and walked around with a very much younger looking woman, looked over at us, didn’t say anything and kept carrying on with whatever they were doing.
They proceeded doing this as a line was growing behind us and we waited for 5 solid minutes. Not the end of the world. I finally asked the man if we could finish getting our food as they were still doing inventory or whatever they were doing (the line behind us was still growing, we were still not being communicated with). He told us he was talking to his manager. This was quite obviously not the case, as he was quite obviously the manager himself. We got our food a little annoyed, but whatever, is what it is.
Tonight I put in my order to be ready at 6:07pm. I get inside at 6:10pm. I gave the young man my name and that I was there to pick up my order. He said It wasn’t ready yet. No one else in the store at this point. Not a huge deal, I sat down and waited. A line started growing behind me and 2 or 3 people were now ordering their food, receiving it and leaving. At this point I walked up to the front desk, the bigger manager came from around the corner. I asked if they had started making my food yet, he said no.
At this point there was another guy also ready to pick up his food who had also been waiting. I was waiting about 20 minutes until I started talking with the guy next to me (who was also waiting).
I wouldn’t be THIS upset about the incident if 1) basic communication and respect would’ve happened in either one of the interactions and 2) common sense (I would think) would prompt him to start making my food. I had to ask THREE TIMES if they started making my food while I was waiting at the counter. Not a single apology, just an offer for a refund. Finally after waiting 43 minutes (yes I did keep track of the exact time it took) did I finally give up and ask for a refund. (Keep in mind, when I walked in today, a few minutes AFTER my pickup time, no one else was in line, it was not busy)
No apology, no effort to fix things or make it better, nothing. I asked for a number to reach out to and the big guy told me it should be “in the app” I don’t see it in the app. I don’t see it on the receipt. I have a voided receipt but I wouldn’t be shocked if that didn’t go through either, as that seemed to be a monumental task for him to process.
If you want it at any sort of reasonable time or to be treated with even the smallest sense of respect or common courtesy, I’d go elsewhere, and I will be finding a number to reach out to.

HOLY FIRE. The best customer service I’ve every had. The burritos are good (Ask Devon to make it how he likes it, trust me) and then the Philly cheesesteaks are AMAZING. If I could give the service alone a rating, I would give it 6 stars instead of 5. Amazing place, recommend it 10 times out of 10.

We weren’t greeted with friendly smiley faces when we came in. The place was also really dirty. Our table wasnt clean, I had to wipe it down myself along with the chairs and the booth side of the table had crumbs all over it, super gross. The baby highchairs were all disgusting. I used a babywipe to clean it and so much gunk came off it, I didnt even use it because it was so gross.
They also didnt cut our Phillys with a knife, the man used his hands and just ripped the bread open so that made for a poor quality philly. They also yell out a loud “Whoo Whoo!” everytime someone orders their fireball sauce which got really annoying really fast.
I will say the food was good though, so overall 3 stars.

As much as I love this place I surprised I never have left a review. The steak bowl here is amazing. The employees that work here truly care about making you a perfect meal. Sometimes that results in it taking time to wait in line but it is worth the wait in the end. Adding fireball gives it that perfect kick. Always stop by and get a bowl when I’m in town. Highly recommend.

Really great customer service, these guys were super patient with my mom who always needs extra time. They’re recommendations were spot on and the special bowls they made, made the fast food a top notch experience.

Shoutout to ”Hallie” for the simultaneously overcooked and cold food. Someone should tell her to stop micromanaging her coworkers and start learning to grill food. Or stop being so flippant and rude to customers. We’ve eaten at Pepperjax for years but tonight will be the last time if this is how it’s going.

The manager was exceptional today. The employees were great too. As was the food. This is what I’d used to expect from them. Glad to see the renewed efforts.
